Internal duct acoustic insulation : Internal duct acoustic insulation: - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of internal duct acoustic insulation with open cell structured class "O" fire retardant nitrile rubber with density 140 - 180 kg/m³ and specs as per RISAC chart specification sheet inside of the AHU supply air ducting up to 4 mtr. length from AHU mouth as per the specifications, it should have antimicrobial properties. 10 mm thick

External duct insulation : External duct insulation :- Supplying & fixing of following thickness of mat finish closed cell nitrile rubber (class "O") insulation along with company fitted weather proof UV protected glass wool cloth for protection of weather conditions and mechanical damages to insulation on existing duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive complete as per the specifications as required. 19 mm thick

Laminar Air Flow System HEPA FILTERS: Supplying, Installation, and Commissioning of H-14 type HEPA filters. System should comprise of thick extruded aluminium profile sheet of reputed make and sealed gasket of 1.5mm thickness. DOP tested point scanned HEPA Filters of size – 610 x 610 x 75 mm having efficiency better than 99.97% down to 0.3 micron particle size. Capacity of each filter 500 CFM. Total capacity of each Plenum 2000CFM . Air should diffuse into the theatre uniformly over the total area.

The range of ventilated ceiling should provide the sterility and cleanliness required for OT environment. Perfect tightness should be guaranteed by an epoxy seal between filters and holding structure disabling “by pass” of HEPA filters. Two nos. pressure measurement ports shall be provided in each Housing Airflow: 50 +-10% FPM Class 100/ISO class 5 as per international standard & meets DIN 1946-4. D.O.P. tested point to point scanned MINIPLEAT HEPA FILTERS having following technical specifications to be fixed in above Housings
