LT Electrical Power Connection:- LT Electrical Power connection to the Control Panel from the nearest point of LT overhead line owned by APDCL including supply and erection of service cable alongwith necessary supports like Poles, Insulators, Cross-arms etc. as required by the department under supervision of APDCl. The payment to APDCL for connection of 2.5 kW power shall be in the scope of the work (i) Supply and erection of 7.5 metre long PSC pole of standard dimension for 230 Volt overhead line including digging of Earth pit (0.75 m ´ 0.5 m) having a depth of 1/5th of the pole length with PCC Base Plate of size 60 cm ´ 60 cm ´ 12 cm at the bottom, refilling with boulder packing (size 150mm to 200 mm), refilling the voids with soil and hard ramming as directed.

Cost for Supply, Installation & commissioning of Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant for energizing the 3HP submersible pump set with solar pump, panel mounting structures etc. SPV Module 3 KW, Solar Pump Controller Unit, cables, including LT panel, earthing and lighting arrestor etc.................. (1) Supply, installation and commissioning of Solar PV for water pumping system consisting of solar panels framed in anodized aluminium frame mounted on stable hot dipped galvanized ( min 80 micron thickness) mild steel structure of rectangular hollow sections, angles, heavy duty pipes (all materials duly IS marked ) for providing sufficient strength with dual axis manual tracking arrangement which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities upto 150 Km/hr, having RCC foundation designed against all possible loads (Dead, Live and imposed load). Modules supplied with the SPV system should have certificate as per IEC 61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards and must be interconnected with cables of required specification routed in PVC conduits properly fitted along the G.I structure to provide a good aesthetic view. Modules must qualify to IEC 61730 part I and part II for safety qualification testing. The power output of individual PV modules used in the PV array, under STC, should be of minimum 250 Watts peak, with adequate provision for measurement tolerances. Solar cells should be crystalline silicon cell with min. efficiency of 15% and fill factor more than 70%, should be laminated between sheet of -Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and high transmissivity 3.2mm tempered glass including appropriate DC to AC inverter and power controlling unit with MPPT technology to run at low sunshine and minimum 6 hours a day run with all necessary accessories suitable for solar + grid operation and including all protections of AC induction motor pump. 25 mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 coarse aggregate of 12 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish to be laid in panels including curing complete as directed.

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. A) On rough side

Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ ventilators (fixed) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. Code, joints mitred and welded with 15mmx3mmx100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including applying a coat of red-lead primer.

a) Colour washing with lime on wall surface (two coats) over and including a priming coat of white washing to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.

b) Extra over item no. (a) above for every subsequent coat of colour wash with lime on wall surfaces.

Painting (two coats) over and including a priming coat of approved quality to give an even shade after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.
