S&F angle iron for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m in width and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc in hard/dense soil and getting out all as specified and directed

Returning and filling in including spreading levelling , waterning and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 1 km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 5 km above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping knalers apex stores, bed plats, like work with and including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for (old size) brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 10 here-in-before above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of cement base paint on new wall surface including preparation and all necessary wetting and curing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of cement base paint wall surface after complete removal of existing treatment including preparation and all necessary wetting and curing complete all as specified and directed.
