Filling with Conveyed Earth including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

For Super Structure in Ground Floor

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centrecolumn plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Flat of size 20 x 3mm for fixing the weld mesh and using 25 x 22x3mm 'T' Section for frame glass including cost and conveyence of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete -10 sq.m

Supply and fixing of Cuddapah Slab including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite and all labour charges etc., complete

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete -10 sq.m

Providing Granolithic Pattern Floor finish with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10-12 mm ISS HBG metal and top rubbed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed.

Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab in the proportion of 32:12.5 and finshed with one course of pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

Distembering two coats with best approved colour with Priming Coat over the new plastered surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges etc complete.For INNER WALL

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint of First quality of approved colour over a Priming Coat including thorough scrapping , clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc, complete complying with standard specification(including primer).For OUTER WALL Surface.

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete
