Alignment of pump and motor, coupling distance setting, testing and commissioning of the pump, during correction of bed works, inclusive of hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables.

Removal of existing rubber lining, Sand blasting Dismantling the internals, Coating of adhesive compound providing 8 hour gap between each coating before patching of natural rubber, rubber lining (Vulcanizing) by hot banding process of the line of RO Membrane cleaning solution tank inclusive of T & Ps and consumables)

Cleaning the tank inside thoroughly, water washing and removal of any debris inside the tank and preparing the surface for painting. Including Materials, consumables and T & P's.

Painting the cleaning solution tank ,lines & valves and over flow line with one coat of Redoxide and two coats of Enamel paint after thorough scrapping with emery sheet with manual labour and as per the direction and satisfaction of the Engineer in charge, the rate including the cost of paint,

Removal of pressure tub and covers, unloading of Ro Membranes in RO stream A , after cleaning the pressure tub and fixing the same RO Membranes in section viz in RO streaming cost of consumables and T&P
