M&L for sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 8.0 cm belove cable 15 cm above the cable complete all as directed(Punned thickness shall be measured for payment)

Dismantling /disconnecting HT cables of any size with accessories. broken unserviceable of any type broken or damaged fitting on poles / laid in trenches and keeping aside for further disposal.

Supply, laying and testing three core power cable, 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (earthed), 95 sqmm, aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 fixed to wall pole or laid in trenches making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing three core power cable, 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (earthed), 120 sqmm, aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 fixed to wall pole or laid in trenches making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable route indicator made out of 25X25X3mm angle iron 150mm clear hight with 100 mm long embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20mm stone aggregate ) block of size 200mm x 200 mm x 200 mm with Letter "MES HT CABLE" suitable inscribed on one CI circular plate 100mm dia 5mm thick welded with angle iron including necessary earth work and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface complete all as specified and directed

M/L for GI tubing 80 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings on wall/poles and etc all as specified and directed.

M/L for GI tubing 100 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings on wall/poles and etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use within 50 m

M & L for cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nut & bolts , washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, washers in any shape of size as indicated or directed .

Refixing cross-arms of M.S channel or angle sections after repair and painting retrived from item No-14.

Dismantling old unsv over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced any size from HT line

Supply & fixing in repair over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced Ferret 6/1x3.010 on existing HT pole using new aluminium binding wire and binding on insulators by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire all as required and specified to permissible sag.

Refixing in repair over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced on existing HT pole using new aluminium binding wire and binding on insulators by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire all as required and specified to permissible sag retrived from item No-17.

Supply and fixing cradle, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15/ 4 mm dia including stringing, tightning, binding etc complete all as specified an

Dismantling of stay assembly complete with accessories, insulator, clamp etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 including loop type insulator stay clamp (excavation and concrete measured separately) by using stay rod 20 mm dia insulator size 65 mm X 90 mm clearance of 16 mm hole white brown colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of steel pole/PCC Poles of any size

Disconnections of out door type transformer 2500 KVA after taking shut down from the deptt. opening the top cover, taking out the top cover carrying out joint inspection with Engr-in-Charge for identifying the reason of leakage of transformer oil reconnections, re-filling oil upto required level and re-assembling the transformer and complete overhauling including testing including painting transformer with dark grey colour two coat if synthetic enameled paint over existing paint complete. Note :-i) cost of material and labour for various parts will be paid separately under respective items of Sch A. However cost of labour towards dismantling, assembling, joint inspection and identifying the fault is deemed to be included in this item. Cost of sundry items viz cover bolt, plug cap, screws, washer, air release plug etc are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Filtration / centrifuging of old transformer oil to be measured and paid separately. (iii)Addition/replacement of transformer oil if required will be measured and paid separately.

( Note : Testing of di-electric strength of insulating oil before & after filtration shall be carried out in presence of Engr in Charge / GE . The T&P/Labours required for filtration testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own risk & cost.(Note : Date of filtration shall be stick on transformer rate are included in qouted rate.)

Supply and filling transformer oil at different location under GE Dehu Road area having dielectric strength not less than 50 KV of approved make.

M & L for spray painting of transformers (in situ)out type of various capacities/ rating installed and located at different sites scattered area under the jurisdiction of GE Dehu Road including control panels incuding 25 to 100 KVA (Transformer): (i) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping,rubbing/ polishing etc complete. (ii) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic of approved make / quality all as directed at site. Note : T&P and transport will be arranged by the contractor

Note : The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of rental charges for T&P like entire cable fault locating instrument, charges for operator, and transportation etc complete.

Supply and fixing boards for displaying 'safety precautions', 'shock treatment chart', 'maintenance chart', 'HT cable layout chart', 'Water supply pipeline route' and alike charts printed on acrylic sheet and mounted on heavy duty board made up of fibre glass (Transparent Acrylic ) sheet 6 mm thick of size not less than 2 sqm, duly digital printing of computer cut lettering or single line diagram with different colour coding including mounting arrangement on wall using SS fastener, nuts, bolts and spacers all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Trimming tree branches upto 10 cm dia around HT /LT overhead conductor , clearance shall be required 1 mtr from all side of the HT/LT over head conductor and depositing a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from working site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : T&P such as ladder, cutting tools electrically/manually will be provided by the Contractor. 2/3/4/6 wire span measured in one lenght as RM .Quoted rates shall be deemed as included.)

Testing of out door type transformer up to 2500 KVA incl 11 KV and or 22 KV rating after taking shut down from the deptt and directed by engr-in charge. Following routine testing given below :- (a) Winding Resistance test (b) Ratio test (c) Megger Test (d) Magnetic balance test (e) Open circuit test (f) short circuit test Note :-i) Testing should be carried out by authorised firm of state electric board. (ii) All T&P should be provided by contractor with out any extra cost. (iii) Test report should be submitted by contractor with duly singed by authorised agency.

Testing of transformer protection eqpt WTI, OTI, B-Relay, PRV, MOG and Winding CT testing of 2500 KVA transformer after taking shut down from the deptt and directed by engr-in charge.

Overhauling of existing 22 KV outdoor type Gas cricuit brecker of 33/22 KV rating mmodel no 30SFGP25A of Crompton greaves including calibrating of testing of HT panel comprising of protection of cantrol wiring test of CT's, PT's measuring of indication instrument testing upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge Note:- Only Rep autorised by manufacturer shall be employed by the contractor for overhauling of breacker.

Disconnecting electric supply and disassemble dismantling the existing RMU and segregating serviceable and unserviceable spare parts after testing and setting aside for re-use including servicing, calibration and testing of the RMU comprising of protection and control wiring test measuring and indicating instrument, earthing, over current, short circuit, insulation replacement of worn out wiring resistance etc. including bus bar insulation applying protective kits entire system up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
