Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :

On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm

On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately).

With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete.

New work (Two or more coats)

Supplying, stacking aggregate and laying sub-Base and spreading stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

Sub-Base with stone aggregate 90mm to 45mm including stone screening 13.20mm

Base course with stone aggregate 63mm to 45mm including stone screening 13.20mm (Type-A) 1 cum.

Base course with stone aggregate 53mm to 22.4mm including stone screening 11.20mm (Type-B) 1 cum

SCHEDULE - B Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate , suitable G.I. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Group C

Installation of Exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damaged, connection, testing, commissioning etc as required.

upto 450mm sweep.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Laying of one numver PVC insulate and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing CC/HUME/STONEWARE/METAL pipe as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm.

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulate and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Upto 35 sq.mm (clamp with 1mm thick saddle)

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm. (clamped wih 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and fixing of surface mounted LED battern fittings for 20 Watt T-A lamp similar to Havells Cat No. LHFYBPNIA 1 W 022 or its equivalent.

Supplying of LED 20 Watt T-8 Tube lamp similar to Cat No. C&S Cat No. LT4F20WLEDT8/WDE or equivalent.

Supplying of heavy Dury Exhaust fan 450mm sweep 900 RPM (Matel type) with accessories etc as required similar to Havells - Model-Turbo force SP or its equivalent.

Supplying fixing of LED street light fitting 45 watt similar to C&S Cat No. LTESS145WLED or its equivalent.

Supplying & fixing of 80 W Highbay / medi8um bay fitting LED IP65 luminaire with high power COB LED as light source Similar to Havells Cat No. LHELAQU7PG6W080 or its eqioba;emt etc. as required.

Supplying & fixing of Kit-Kat Rawireable fuse unit with strip 100 Amps including connection etc as required.

Supplying of following sizes of XLPE insulated Heavy duty armoured Aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) amd IS No. 1554 (Part-1) 1988 as applicable Make : CCI/Gloster/Havalles/Polycab/ Finolex.

Supplying of following and laying of one Number Double walled corrugated haigh density poly thylene pipe having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall conforming to IS: No. 14930 Part I & II complete with necessary HDPE filling for protection of 1.1 KV grade directly in ground at the depth of 50 cm i/c excavation & refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulate and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/STONEWARE/METAL pipe as required.

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm.

Upto 35 sq. mm.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 Volt, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

4 way, SPN Double door

Supplying and fixing of wall mounted busbar chamber 100 Amps 4 Way equivalent Havells Make Cat No. IHBC010004 inclluding connection etc as required.

Providing earthing with safe earthing electrode of galvanization 80 to 100 microns, length 2000mm, outer dia 50 mm, inner dia 25 mm and inner space be filled with crystalline conductive mixture including filling -up with electrolite (Back fill compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.
