Providing new Aluminium handles wherever damaged / missing to match the exisiting handles by removing the aluminium window openable shutter and glass panes and necessary beadings fixed in the window and after providing the necessary new handles in position etc., all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Contractor are requested to remove the glass safely, if damages occurs, the same to be replaced newly.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :

4.0 mm thick glass panes (weight not less than 10 Kg / sqm)

Reparing and servicing of steel casement / Aluminium windows by fixing the damaged portion of frame / Hinges and provision of window stay rod and handles in position and making the same by free movable operation for opening / closing for usable condition etc., all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, zinc rich primer coating of forsroc or Equivalent make etc., complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, including a coat of approved primer on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and coloure:(The rate is inclusive of necessary scrapping and putty wherever is required).

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. (Sintex tank white colour three layer)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (make Ashirvad or equivalent )
