Construction of block of Technical building (IGLOO building) complete all as specified and as shown on drawings. Note: The building work is deemed to include VIFT, side wall, toe wall with saucer drain, earth traverse etc; alongwith all other details as shown on drawings (including bringing of approved soil as required to be brought from out side MD land). In this connection, please refer Sch 'A' Note No. 6 (b) here-in-before.

Construction of block of Unit Risk Principle (URP) multi compartment ESH building complete all as specified and shown on drawing. (Note:- The building work is deemed to include 3000mm wide Verandah, ramp, draft wall, steel door etc; alongwith all other details as shown on drawings. In this connection; please refer Sch ;A; Note No. 6(c) here-in-before.

Construction of Static water tank capacity 50000 gallons, complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with Zerohologen Flame Retardant (HFFR) smoke free non corrosive, non toxic with insulated and unsheathed multistrand copper conductor single core cable, 1100V grade of size 1.5 sqmm drawing into and including concealed ERW stove enamelled steel conduit not less than 25mm dia ISI marked including flame proof bends and flame proof connecting pipes from flame proof junction box to flame proof light fittings for flame proof light points controlled by one switch including provision of 1.5 sqmm FRLSH insulated multistranded copper conductor single core as earth wire to common earth and connecting to common earth dolly, complete, all as specified and as directed. Notes: 1. All flame proof switches and DBs shall be installed outside the Igloo. 2. The rate is inclusive of casting steel conduit and junction boxes/sunken boxes & DB while casting of RCC walls & slabs etc.

Flame proof ,weather proof distribution board, 8 way with and including 06 Nos flame proof SP MCB 6-16 Amps and 1 No. flame proof MCB SPN 32 Amp alongwith weather proof cover of DB, complete all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring with two run of FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor (Multistrands), single core of size 6Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 6 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed as earth (In green Colour), flexible copper conductor (Multistrands) for continuous earthing conforming to IS 694 with latest amendments and drawing in steel conduit 25mm dia, connecting incoming / outgoing electric connections by using required size copper lugs / thimbles and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing complete in all respect all as specified and directed. Note :- Two run of single core cable with one run of continuous earth wire of copper conductor wire Flexible (Multistrand) of FRLSH PVC insulated and 25mm steel conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected with galvanized iron earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15 type B1 in pit with angle iron (25x25x3)mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways and 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, test point etc. in and including light grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore up to 7.5m length for drawing in earth lead wire, all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected with copper strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15 type B1 in pit with angle iron (25x25x3)mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways and 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, test point etc. in and including light grade GI protection pipe 40mm bore up to 7.5m length for drawing in earth lead wire, all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exc. 50m, testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.

Thermometer (sling psychrometer) having function of wet bulb and dry bulb temperature measurment, complete all as specified and directed.

Loop in/loop out cable, juntion/terminal box for cable connection (with lugs) made out with thermoplastic of size 200mm x 160mm x 98mm along with 200 Amp rated bus bar and MCB SPN 6 Amps 230 Volts with provision of external fastening with metric knockouts for cable entry & outgoing for service connection to security light, complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC multistrand copper cable twin core of size 1.5 sqmm for connection from junction box to security light, complete all as specified and directed.

Lt switch gear control panel board 440 Volt AC 3 phase, 4 wire for outdoor installation "KIOSK TYPE" with sloping canopy fabricated out of steel sections i.e; CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick, angle/channel and flat iron sections of suitable size with opening on front, door in two halves fitted with handle and bolts for pad lock. The panel door shutters fixed with stainless steel hinges, heavy duty and with door stoppers. The door opening shall not be less than 150 degree. The construction of panel board shall be dust, vermin proof, IP 54 standred with phosphatized powder coating painting externally and inernally to protect against corrosion. The panel shall be mounted on suitable size of channel section having ground clearance 60cms from grouting bolts, conforming to IEC 60439 complete duly incorporated and LT panel is mounted on MS angles legs of size (32x32x6)mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, legs grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including provision of opening for incoming/outgoing cables and having following accessories:-

Incommer (a) MCCB 63AMP, 16KA, FP, Thermal Magnetic released with Spreader Links - 1 No (b) LED Indicator RYB - 1Set Out going (c) MCCB 32AMP, 4 Ploe Breaking capacity of 16 KA-04 No.

Double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of size 50mm including snap fit coupler conforming to IS14930 (Pt-II) IS16205 Pt-II for protection of LT cable in under ground complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete cubes M-25 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 250mm x 250mm x 250mm as in dunnage blocks complete all as specified and as directed .
