(Aluminium Door and Windows) Holdfasts embedded in masonry must be carefully chiselled out rather than yanked, to avoid deep cavities in the existing brickwork. Serviceable glass, wood, or hardware should be stacked separately for potential salvage or client handover.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : of area 3sqm and below (Other door and windows) Holdfasts embedded in masonry must be carefully chiselled out rather than yanked, to avoid deep cavities in the existing brickwork. Serviceable glass, wood, or hardware should be stacked separately for potential salvage or client handover.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (minor brick wall changes + Brick work below kitchen counters) Execution Scope:- Cutting a neat groove using a mechanical cutter at the junction of the wall to be demolished and the wall to be retained. (to prevent crack propagation into the retained masonry.)

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. (kota stone and granite) Execution : Use appropriate chipping hammers to chip off base mortar completely ensuring Zero level, but avoid gouging too deep.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. (For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm) (wall tiles )

Dismantling Wash Basin of any size including dismantling of trap, unions, waste coupling, C.P. fittings , breaking of pipes and making good the walls/floors where required, and , stacking useful materials within 50m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials into municipal dumps (within 50m) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (old wash basins)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (old kitchen counters and slabs AND UTILITY TRENCHES)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (for utility trenches and pergola's RCC pedestals) Excavation Width: 115 mm (Left Brick) + 400 mm (Internal Clear) + 115 mm (Right Brick) = 630 mm total width to dig. Excavation Depth: 100 mm (PCC Base) + 400 mm (Max Internal Depth) = 500 mm total depth to dig.

Providing and making straight, true and controlled cuts in the existing marble terrazzo flooring, including cement mortar bedding/screed, to a total depth not exceeding 50 mm, using an electrically operated diamond saw-cutting machine, along the marked perimeter of openings required for RCC footing and pedestal works, including setting out, temporary protection of adjoining finished flooring, water/dust suppression, collection and removal of cutting slurry, labour, tools and plants, blade consumption, electricity, transportation and mobilization, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
