Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour sand cushioning using clean Fine River sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type 1, Flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches / ducts / through pipes / in floors / under roads / hard standing /along poles and testing XLPE, LT Cable, with PVC outer sheath Type-I as per IS - 5831, insulated stranded aluminium conductor as Per Class-2 of IS - 8130 served with and inner sheathining of PVC tape- ST-I as per IS-5831 color Red, Yellow, Blue & Black ,armoured with Galvanised steel strip or wire and over all PVC sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS-1554 (Part-I & II) with latest amendments of Size cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core ,1100 volts grade heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 06 above but for cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core ,1100 volts grade.

Supply and laying or fixing GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for 50 mm bore GI tubing light grade.

Supply and erecting of 7.00 meter long hot dip galvanized iron street light octagonal pole with foundation type base plate and foundation bolts (Dimensions for pole as top diameter 70 mm, bottom diameter 130 mm, Section Length- 7000 mm, Thickness-3 mm, Foundation type base plate (220 mm X 220 mm X 12 mm), Foundation bolts 04 Nos (M20 X 600 mm) including single bracket arm of 1.5 meter long, junction box with 6 Amp MCB SP with aluminium bus bar TPN and RCC foundation as shown as on drawing as attached complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The cost of necessary earthwork , RCC concrete work with reinforcement , required form work, foundation bolts and bracket deemed to be included in the quoted rates. . (ii) The T&P vehicles will be arranged by the contractor for transporting the pole and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fix energy efficient LED street light fitting of 100 Watt capacity with toughened clear glass , LED chip efficacy > 140 lumen / watt, system efficacy > 120 lumen / watt, luminarie shall be mandatory brand embossed on luminaries, potted antivibration driver. The driver shall be able to withstand for indoor at 440V for 8 hours . The driver should have fascility and cut off voltage. Input over voltage protection will be > 300 Volt AC and for cut off the luminaires should withstand for 48 hours at 100 Volt AC. The LED efficacy shall be more than 85% at a junction temperature of 85 degree centigrade. All screws of the luminaires should be SS304. Luminaires pressure dicast aluminium housing with mendatory secondary optics, CCT: 5700K ANSIBIN, CRI > 70, LED source : 1-5 Watt high power type , driver of luminaire shall be preferably in separate compartment another optical compartment .The LED driver shall be constant current type fully potted. Driver shall be provided for all luminaires. It should be moiture resistant and fire reterdant. At least industrial grade or higher grade component should be used for manufacturing of driver. The driver shall be able to withstand surge (EFT+ESD interference) of minimum 4 KV. Luminaire shall have surge protection device of minimum 10 KV inside the driver compertment. The driver shall have under voltage, over voltage and short circuit protection and auto recovery mode. Total harmonic distortion shall be < 10% with power factor minimum 0.95. It should give consistent performance in the input voltage range of 120 V - 270 V at 50 Hz. Luminaires shall be mandatory brand embossed of luminaries and including all electric connection and accessories complete all as directed. Make- Crompton, Model No. CRP-411-100-57-HL2-GL-NSG or equivalent brand of Phillips / Wipro.

Supply and fix 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated , stranded copper conductor cable sheathed flat / round three core for connection the street light fittings with over head line / service connection including complete all as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB thermal magnetic with encloser, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 16 KA, 63 Amps Ics=100% adjustable complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including 4 mm dia GI earth lead by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh,RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
