M&L for Plain cement concrete M-15 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, with PCC 1:3:6, Type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc all as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping in surface channels including weathering rounded/ chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work. (Exposed surfaces of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; basesfor columns, etc.and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix in beams,cantilevers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix in columns etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix as in coping and the like including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for form work to sides of concrete foundation footings etc for flat rough finished surfaces all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

All as per item No.23 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as stirrups, spacers and binding.

Preparation of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for framed work as in grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors,ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat Red Oxide primer. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bituminious filler material of minimum thickness of 20mm in crumple joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, staining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and including provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for mild steel punched tape concertina coil 1050mm dia, 50/51 turns per coil, pitch between two barbs 35 + 1.00mm, thickness of tape 0.50mm, length of barb 24+ 1.00mm,diameter of spring wire 2.6mm, approximate weight 15Kg(+ 5%) per coil(coil stretch length 14m to 15m approx) with hot dip galvanised coating and punched tape material as per IS:513 deep drawn quality with galvanised coating as in fencing all as per manufacturers instructions and conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for angle sections,posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core using broken stones or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished coloured cement concrete chequered tiles 300x300x20mm thick in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C1,1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.
