Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with in a lead of 50 m. as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. (a) All kinds of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(a) All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral-staircases

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth leve including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying up to floor five level reinforced cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Applying cement slury on R.C.C .slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kg of cement per sqm. of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surfaces complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood andwellmatched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grainsor cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (a) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing M.S. sliding door bolts, with nuts and screws etc. complete including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (a) 300x16mm

Kota stone slab 25 mm thick flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm dia including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors,windows and ventilators of standerd rolled steel sections ,joints mitred and welded with 16x3.15 mm lugs 10 cm.long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15 cmx10cmx10cm size of 1:3:6(1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plug and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required and iron fittings,including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sesh putty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red led paint including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (a) Two or more coats on new work

6mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of Lime wash on top of walls when dry for bearing of R.C.C. slabs and beams. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

20 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (a) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 Sqm)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
