Dismantling of old damaged and rusted MS parts of chequered sheets, stairs ladders and gates etc with the help of CI Cutter / GAS cutter manual labour like Fitter, Welder Cutter, Helper, Beldar, Electrician, and Supervisor etc. tools & Tackles like Welding Machine , grinder , Cutter Set , Oxygen Cylinder, Welding rods & T&P etc.

Providing and laying of Ms chequered sheet of thickness 6 mm for laying over trench and necessary covering at kalyanpuri sps i.e. covering of trench in HT room, Transformers room, LT panel area, Dry sump area and other necessary coverings as per site requirement. (Dsr 2023-10.1)

A. Providing and fixing of stair case (2 nos) for wet sump well of size 15ft x 3.5 ft with 13 steps each made out of Ms chequered plate of size 1 ft x 3.5ft approx. supported by ms chanel/ IMSC 80 x45x6mm and angle of size 40x 40 x5 mm and railing made out of 40mm MS pipe. with the help of CI Cutter / GAS cutter manual labour like Fitter, Welder Cutter, Helper, Beldar, Electrician, and Supervisor etc. tools & Tackles like Welding Machine , grinder , Cutter Set , Oxygen Cylinder, Welding rods including civil work etc as per site requirement. (Dsr 2023-10.2)B. Providing and fixing of coupling guard of 3 mtr length x 0.3 mtr wide made out of MS strip of size 25x3mm and wire mesh of size 25x25 mm (Dsr 2023-10.2)

Providing and fixing MS gate of store room of size 2.1 mtr x 0.9 mtr made out of MS sheet, MS angle and other items as per site requirement (Dsr 2023-10.5.1)

Providing and fixing of 450 mm gap piece of removal of kachra of set no 2&3 made out of MS pipe of 0.5 mtr , 450mm 8 mm thick duly flanged on both sides with provision of kachra plate for removing of kachra from inlet of pump. Job includes closing of suction and delivery valve and removal of old damaged gap piece with the help of gas cutter and heavy labour and fixing of new piece as per sample with help of nut bolts and rubber packing sheet as per site requirement

Painting the above said complete M.S. structure by removing the welding slag’s by emery paper and then painting by minimum double coat of anti-corrosive red oxide and enamel paints after completion of work.
