Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

12 mm cement plaster of mix:

1:6(1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Old work (one or more coats)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

For fixed portion Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fastners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastner shall be paid for seperately)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately. 35 mm thick shutters

Providing and fixing height adjustable floor standing metal shelves (heavy duty) end cap rack of approved quality of height 2.10 m and depth 0.45m having 5 shelves and the height between two shelves is 0.35m, all as per approved drawings and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Billing Counter 'T" shaped model with 19mm laminated finish HDF board/19 mm thick marine ply with laminate including flap door, side door, draws with telescopic channel, shutters, locking arrangement, handles, hinges, all required fittings, materials etc. complete as per approved drawings and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing vinyl on grey laminte finish and stickering as per approved drawings and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Name Board of frame size 3.0x0.60m in Backlit Acrylic sheet with "Logo & ANIIDCO LIQUOR STORE" etc. all complete as per approved drawing and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 19mm thick marine ply with laminate finish or HDF board laminate finish on dry wall as per approved drawings & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing display rack, counter table, grill, hand rail etc. including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials at dumping area etc. complete as per direction of Enfineer-in-charge.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.
