BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M. sand) using best quality II class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm (9" x 43/8" x 23/4") including curing etc.,Complete complying with standard specification (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost .) (Foundation and basement)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five P.sand) 12 mm., thick in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm x 23cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles complete complying with standard specification.(The rate is inclusive of redoxide and water proofing compound) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing GRANOLYTHIC FLOOR FINISH of 25 mm g thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand and four stone jelly) using 6mm to 12mm size hard broken granite stone jelly chips including curing and finishing etc..., with water proofing compound etc., as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification in all floors.

WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of lime and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.,

PAINTING the plastered surface in TWO COAT of Exterior cement Paint over one coat of primer as per the specification of the approved colour to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the departmental officer before us on work)

Painting the wall surface using best quality of PLASTIC Emulsion paint TWO COAT with one coat of primer as per the Specification of the approved colour to give an even shade, including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before us on work.)

Supplying and fixing of MS ANGLES of best & approved quality including necessary cutting, bending, welding, transportation and placing in position with proper alignment including one coat of red oxide primer etc., Complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of colour metal roofing sheet of 0.45mm thickness special type (Galvanised sheet) with approved brand quality including cost of necessary machine type screw, nut, cub washer, bitumen washer etc., Complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and fixing of Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19 mm MS square tubes for style & outer frames 15 mm MS square tubes for top, lock & bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5 mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall tigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The overall size fo styles shall be 50 mm x 50 mm. The over all size of top rail lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75 mm x 30 mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50 mm x 45 mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter. (with frame)

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position STEEL GRILLS. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, All the members of the Grils shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of steel door of required size including cost of steel frame using 40x40x4mm M.S angle with 4 Nos. of hold fasts of 25x25x3mm M.S. angle with double leaf steel shutter made by M.S.Sheet of 18 gauge welded alround and middle in horizontal direction with 20x20x3mm M.S angle stiffened with 20x3mm M.S. flats in two places in horizontal direction including cost of padlocks, tower bolts, locking arrangements, cost of welding charges, labour for fixing inposition including cost of one coat of primer (red oxide) etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of best quality of 4mm thick plain glass pans in position with necessary teak wood beeding, nails and other fixing acessories etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of high density HDPE PVC tank like SINTEX TANK or equivalent of approved quality and ISI make with necessary inlet and outlet having a capacity of 1000 litres and it has to be fitted over roof slab etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best white glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of approved quality of size 580mm x 440 mm with 'P' or 'S' trap and embedding the closet with trap to shape in position with 40mm brick jelly concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, two M.sand and five brick jelly) and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving connection to the C.I. soil stracks by dismantling the masonry floor or RCC works and redoing the same to the original condition without any leakage etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position fully glazed STEEL WINDOWS/VENTILATORS with openable frames and shutters. Outer frame and shutter frame shall be made out of steel section conforming to I.S.7452 / 1990. The outer frames and shutter frames of the ventilators shall be made cut of 'Z' angle sections. (F.7D) of size 25 x 20 x 3mm, millions shall be made out of (F.4B) 'U' section of size 46 x 25 x 3 mm and conforming to IS 7452 / 1990. Shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars shall be made of 'T' section (T2) of size 25 x 22 x 3mm and M.S. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, 3mm pin headed glass is used for flazing with good quality teak wood beading of size 15 x 12mm with screws for fixing.2 Nos of sturdy inches and one number of handle cum latch of special type are fitted in each shutter, 4 nos of 50 x 50 x 6mm angle holdfast of 30 cm length to be welded to outer frames at appropriate point. All the members of the Ventilator frames / shutter frames shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer.
