Taking out and removal electric connection of voltage stabilizer from LT panels and transporting it to workshop for repair and back to station after repair inclduing loading and unloading the voltage stabilizer of capacity 10 KVA to 75 KVA all as directed.

Taking out and removal electric connection of voltage stabilizer from LT panels and transporting it to workshop for repair and back to station after repair inclduing loading and unloading the voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA all as directed.

Disconnecting and un-assembling the voltage stabilizer by taking out tranformer oil and storing for reuse after cleaning and removing moisture from it taking all the assembly of voltage stabilzer and removing /repairng the unserviceable parts resassembling it after repair complete painting of stablizer testing and commissioning the voltage stabilizer of capacity 10 KVA to 75 KVA unbalanced type . Note :- spare to be measured and paid separately here-in-after under relevent items of this schedule 'A'.

Supply only sensing/control card for voltage start from capacity 10 to 75 KVA.

Supply only carbon bushes for capacity 10 to75 KVA (set of three) of make as per actual reqd and sample approved and as directed.

Supply only servo motor capacity 10 to 40 Kg-Cm, 60RPH at 240 volt of capacity 10 to 75 KVA, 50 Hz of make as actually reqd and as actually reqd and as per sample approved and as directed.

Supply only push button as per sample approved and as directed.

Supply only voltmeter 0-500V range square shape 96mm as per sample approved and as directed.

Supply only Ammeter 0-100/0-200/5A square shape 96 mm or as per sample approved and as directed.

Supply only toggle switch of make as per sample approved and as directed.

Supply of gear assembly for stabilizer of rating 10 to 100 KVA as directed.

Supply of gear assembly for stabilizer of rating 150 to 500 KVA as directed.

Rewinding of dimmer stat complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge inclduing insulating material and labour for winding for voltage stabilizer of capacity 10 to 75 KVA.

Rewinding of stabilizer of rating 100 to 150 KVA with copper enamelled wire and other winding material inclduing insulator, varninshing preheating at chamber as directed.

Rewinding of stabilizer of rating 200 to 500 KVA with copper enamelled wire and other winding material inclduing insulator, varninshing preheating at chamber as directed.

PVC insulated Wiring with suitable copper conductor of required size and sample approved including accessories for wiring of voltage stabilizer of capacity 10 to 75 KVA.

PVC insulated Wiring with suitable copper conductor of required size and sample approved including accessories for wiring of voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 to 500 KVA.

Supply only transformer oil for Top up. Make-M&I Material (MIDEL), Power Link, Power Oil, Savita.

Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Havells/ Gloster/ Polycab.

Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 400 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in tranches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for foundation of laying cable including getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specifed .

Removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for laying of bricks well burnt sub class 'B' (Old pattern) laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length brick complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable, 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying and stretching the cable in trenches including hand punning and consolidating, punned to 18cm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose, only punned thickness shall be measured.
