Sub Head - 1 (Establishment)

Repairs and maintenance of following electrical and mechanical installations, details as follows and according to terms and conditions mentioned as per I.E. rules with specified attendance of wiremen and helpers/khallsis. a) E.i., Lights/Fans/Plug Points/Power Points and Street/Compound lightning arrangements as per I.E. Rules as detailed inside at page.b) Water Supply arrangementc) Water Coolers d) Air Coolers e) Air conditioner f) Feeder pillars/LT panels maintenance.

Note: (1) Contractor may read all the clauses including "GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK FOR AMC OF ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL SERVICES" and ''Condition of contract'' of the MTF carefully before quoting rates. (2) Wages paid to the worker for this work must not less than minimum wage as provided by chief labour commissioner(C), ministry of labour & Employment (3) In addition to all the documents as described in MTF Clauses the Contractor has to submit Monthly Wagesheets & EPF/ ESIC Challans. (4)The contractor may be asked to produce Monthly Transaction receipt of monthly wage to be paid to the employed labour. (5) In case of non compliance of EPF act 1952/ partial submission of EPF Contribution, as specified in Condition of contract Clause 19B, FCI will be at liberty to withhold the pending bills, Security Deposit etc., and or any other payments due to the Contractor. (6) The contractor must arrange for all types of ladders (Self supported & wall supported), safety gears and tools at sites w.r.t. Working height up to 20 feets in suspension / wall or pole.

Sub Head - 2 Materials only, for installation, no labour charges is to be involve, as the same has to be get replaced by staff supplied under AMC contract.

Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade (heavy duty) armoured under ground aluminium conductor cable as required confirming to IS-1554(Part-1) with up to date amendments of the following sizes. : 4 x 25 sqmm

4 x 16 sqmm

2 x 10 sqmm

Providing for replacement of 20 watt LED retrofit LED tube as required. (NABL certified as per specification)

Providing for replacement of driver/ LED plate of following range of wattage capacity of well glass/ street light as required.

Providing for replacement of Metalik box type batten fixture suitable for fixing of 18 to 22 watt LED tube rod with provision of conduit entry at side and top etc. as required. (NABL certified as per specification)

Providing of 150 watt LED Flood light luminaries of Area lighting with energy saving Main Housing,Powder coated pressure dia cast aluminium housing, , Front Clear toughened glass, Suitable secondary lens for better light distribution Gear : Electronic constant current driver of min. Operating Voltage : 140 V - 270 V, Rated Voltage & Frequency : 240 V, 50 Hz, AC with IP 66 protection and SPD as reqd. (NABL certified as per ISO/IEC specification)

Supplying and fixing loop in loop out cable junction box of size 150 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm IP-65 fabricated from 1.6 mm MS sheet enclosed wheather proof, dust proof, water proof and locking arrangement internally embedded gasket with bottom cable entry plat through cable glands. Seperate for incoming and out going cables and wires duly fitted with following in it. HD Connector for 10 to 16 sqmm - 4 Nos. 6 amp SP 'C' curve 10 KA MCB - 1 No. fixing Clamps - 2 Nos.

Supply of 30 Watt LED Street light made up with pressure die cast aluminium housing with weather proof conditions suitable for all weathers, toughened clear glass, high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection. The luminaire should have the efficacy greater than or equal to 110 lumens per Watt and 10KV surge protection device of make of reputed brand under MII confirming to IS and IEC codes etc. as reqd. as approved by Engineer in charge. (NABL certified as per ISO/IEC specification)

Supply of 45 Watt LED Street light made up with pressure die cast aluminium housing with weather proof conditions suitable for all weathers, toughened clear glass, high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection. The luminaire should have the efficacy greater than or equal to 110 lumens per Watt and 10KV surge protection device of make of reputed brand under MII confirming to IS and IEC codes etc. as reqd. as approved by Engineer in charge. (NABL certified as per ISO/IEC specification)

Supply of 72 Watt LED Street light made up with pressure die cast aluminium housing with weather proof conditions suitable for all weathers, toughened clear glass, high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection. The luminaire should have the efficacy greater than or equal to 100 lumens per Watt of make of reputed brand under MII confirming to IS and IEC codes etc. as reqd. as approved by Engineer in charge. (NABL certified as per specification)

Supplying / Installation / Testing / Commissioning of Pressure Die Cast Aluminum 35/ 36 watt LED well glasse having IK10 impact resistivity and 5KV inbuilt surge protection with high efficacy of greater than or equal to 140 lumens / watt fitting with control gear housing, IP 66 Protection with heat resistance glass eye bolt provided for mounting purpose & wire guard 35 / 36 Watt etc. as required of make of reputed brand under MII confirming to IS and IEC codes on the platform of godown truss/ truss of the shed blocks as directed by the Engineer incharge with M. S. clamps wiring with 3 x 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated / WP flexible copper conductor wire, painting the clamps including connections and dismantling the existing fittings etc. as reqd. Ref.

Supplying / Installation / Testing / Commissioning of Aluminum 70 watt LED well glasse having IK08 impact resistivity and 5KV inbuilt surge protection fitting witwith high efficacy of greater than or equal to 120 lumens / watt fitting with control gear housing, IP 66 Protection with heat resistance glass eye bolt provided for mounting purpose & wire guard 70 Watt etc. as required of make of reputed brand under MII confirming to IS and IEC codes on the platform of godown truss/ truss of the shed blocks as directed by the Engineer incharge with M. S. clamps wiring with 3 x 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated / WP flexible copper conductor wire, painting the clamps including connections and dismantling the existing fittings etc. as reqd.

Sub Head III - Repairs of Water Pump :Repairs and maintenance existing submersible tube well water pump including lifting from the existing bore well & re-installation/ refixing details are given as given below :

Lifting & lowering the existing submersible water pump along with pipe line from bore well including G.I./PVC Pipe Line, Valves etc. as required.

Rewinding of submersible / monoblock / monosubmersible water pump including credit the damage wire.

Replacement of required accessories i.e. bearing, bush, etc. in submersible motor pump set.

Supply of following sizes PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multy strand copper conductor 1100 V grade submersible flat cable with provision of water tight joint as req. : 3 core x 2.5 sqmm

Sub Head IV - Credit to estimate : The items are to be dismantaled during the execution of work and items lying obsolete in the godown are to be take away by the giving the credit to the estimate as in where as basis.
