Design, manufacturing and supply of Hot dip galvanised, polygonal high masts of 35.0 mtrs. hight with fixed head frame/ cross arms suitable for mounting LED flood lights as required. The height of the mast from base upto top of head frame shall be 35.0 mtrs. with provision for using man rider for accessing the head frame platform. The structure design of the high mast should be carried out as per the technical report/ relevant standard and regulation, considering base gust wind speed 50m/s as per IS 875 and thickness of GI coating shouil withstand at the speed of 50m/s including supply and fixing suitable 1.2m lighting arrester including erection etc as required.

Supplying of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template.

Supply of external manrider unit for accessing the head frame. The unit shall be suitable for load carrying capacity of 150Kg with climb speed not exceeding 9m/min.

Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq.mtr at suitable depth with all materials and labour.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioningof 500W LED Floodlight fitting for stadium lighting, lumun output : > 63,000 Lumen, IP66, Surge Protection 10 KV, CRI > 5700K, Fixture Lumen Output (Delivered Lumen) > 125 Lumen/Watt with LM79 report from NABL Lab.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioningof low intensity LED type aviation obstruction luminaires to be mounted on high masts.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning IP55 cubicle type High Mast Lighting Distribution Board (HMLDB) suitable for 415 Volts 3-Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply, fabricated in compartmentalized design from 14swg CRCA steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates including cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process having extensible type TPN aluminium alloy bus bar of high conductivity with base frame of MS section of suitable size, copper earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with two nos. earth stud complete with control wire, cable alleys, cable gland plates, pedestrial mounting type 500 mm above groung levelwith necessary base frame including following switchgear, indication lamps, accessories etc. as required

Supply of following sizes of copper conductor XLPE insulated, unarmoured and overall PVC sleeved 1.1 KV grade control cable conforming to IS 1554.

a. 3c x 4 sq mm. From HMLDB to flood lights on masts.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

a. Up to 35 sq. mm

Making end termination for cable.

a. 3c x 4 sq mm. (From HMLDB to flood lights on masts).

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply of Aluminium conductor, XLPE insulation, PVC outer sheathed, armoured, UG cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098 (1) of following sizes.

a. 4 core x 50 sqmm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

a. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of outdoor type self supported cubicle non extendable type LT Panel board of suitable size, dust and vermin IP55 proof made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet with front opening, double leaf hinged door with locking arrangement duly supporting with 40x40x6 mm M.S.angle and 25x25x4 mm M.S. angle iron frames in different compartment and 25x6 mm M.S. flat as intermediate member with slope roof including cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process having extensible type TPN bus bar of high conductivity with base frame of MS section of suitable size, copper earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with two nos. earth stud complete with control wire, cable alleys, cable gland plates, pedestrial mounting type 500 mm above groung levelwith necessary base frame including following switchgear, indication lamps, accessories and there in with supplying and fixing i/c making connection/ inter-connection and the control wiring duly numbered shall be done with copper conductor wire and the Panel shall be complete with inter-earthing, numbering etc. as required.
