Material and labour for preparing old treated black top surfaces/concrete surfaces of runway and painting to lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc exceeding 10cm width with One coat of road marking water soluble paint, white all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing old treated Retro Reflective surfaces/concrete surfaces of taxi track/runway and applying a coat of Retro Reflective water borne acrylic air field marking paint yellow colour and black colour border over dispersal/ taxi track including glass beads of type III aviation grade glass beads (cold applied) as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for preparing old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of check pattern of premium quality acrylic based matt finish, exterior antifungal paint all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting, removing damaged portion in square/rectangular shape on concrete pavement of runway/taxi track, cleaning the surface with wire brush or cloth and removing the dirt, dust or removing the wetness/dampness by means of dryer and laying of ready mix geocrete material and levelled the surfaces to match with existing surfaces all as per manufacturers instructions with thickness not exceeding 50 mm all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Each Pothole not exceeding 1 sqm )

Material and labour for cutting removing damage portion in square rectangular shape cleaning the surface with wire brush or cloth and removing the dirt dust or removing the wetness/dampness by means of dryer and laying of ready to use shalipatch material as per manufacturer instructions and application methodology consolidating with rammer of thickness 50 mm levelled the surfaces to match with existing surfaces all as per rmanufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Each Pothole not exceeding 1 sqm ) . Make:- STP/ Shalimar

Material and labour for cleaning the runway surface by using compressed air and brush,making the surfaces free from dust,applying Polymer Modified Bitumen emulsion with grit(granite stone chippings of size 1mm-3mm) @ 1.50 litres per sqm diluted with water to the ratio of 1:1(PME: Water), all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: LN Petro Chemicals/STP/IOC/HINCOL/HI TECH Bitumen (HTB) as approved by GE. Note: The following points shall be taken into consideration by the tenderer while quoting rates: (i) No price adjustment shall be made if excess quantity of cold emulsion is used depending upon condition of the surfaces to be treated.

Material and labour for cleaning the runway cracks by using compressed air and brush, making the crack free from dust,greeze etc. applying Polymer Modified Bitumen Emultion adhesive @ 0.5 Ltr per 10 RM with water in the ratio of 1:1(PME:Water) applying using conical cane with pressure to ensure uniform finish of runway, all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make:LN Petro chemicals/STP/IOC/HINCOL/HI TECH Bitumen (HTB) as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs black acrylic sheet 4 to 5 mm thick with GI screws, washers and nut bolts etc, for "GO" display board including taking down the old sheets complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing fluorescent self adhesive radium reflective tape, deep orange colour, cut to shape as in letters, size of letter over 10 cm width or grith all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and fixing in repairs 32mm nominal bore UPVC pipe 10kgf/sqcm(class-5 as per IS 4985-2000) fixed with galvanised iron/mild steel bushes and screws etc.to the "GO" display board including taking down the old pipe arrangements complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of runway cross drains or drains adjacent to runway (closed/open) of any cross section of width up to 2m at top by removing vegetation, debris, waste materials and mud deposits etc. manually/mechanically all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Cleaning of drains as and when called for including during rain / night time as per site requirement. (b) Pumping of water from drain for execution of work of removal of sludge (c) Removal of drain cover for cleaning purpose and placing back after cleaning of drain (d) Removing the waste materila/debries to distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 100m and deposting inside MoD all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (e) On any of the days if the cleaning team of labours does not attend the site complaint of blockage of drain on the same day penalty of Rs. 3000 per day shall be deducted on payment due to the contractor. The decision of GE on this regard will be final and binding. (f) All T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor as required at site/directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (g) Contractor shall make cleaning such as to confirm the free flow of rain water etc. (h) The stretch of drain cleaned shall not allow to clean again within three months unless otherwise written order by Engineer-in-Charge. (j) A register shall be maintained and it will contain location of cleaning, manpower deployed and all T&P provided etc and shall be signed by Engineer in charge & Contractor.

Cleaning / removing the rubber particles/layer from runway surface (Touch down points of Aircraft) by using necessary equipment for mechnically washing down with water pressure jet (without disturbing the original surface) all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
