M&L for servicing of EOT Flame Proof monorail hoist 5T Capacity with 1-motor for hoist motion (7.5 kw), 1 Motor for CT motion (.75KW) Control Panel-1 No, gear box and pendent push button station (flame proof) at full load capacity including arrangement of dead load complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of variable speed drive in weather proof sheet metal enclosure suitable for electric operated 0.5/1 ton capacity crane installed at site to control cross travel speed including necessary connection & testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : Schneider/ABB/Siemens

M & L for Repair/replacement of clutch plate/(ST-520, 3PH, 415V) Disc/Truster type all as directed

S & F Oil seal suitable for existing seal all as directed

S& F Gear box housing joint same as existing all as directed

Dismantling complete hoist, any capacity from gantries after disconnecting of electrical system and taking out damaged parts such as electric magnetic break /complete clutch system (disc/trustertype) or replacement, assmebly the complete hoist , hoisting on girders, making connection to crane, checking allignment and & testing complete ( electro magnetic breake and coil shall be measured & paid for separately). Machining of EM breake assembly (lathe, milling, & grinding work) Machining of clutch assembly(welding, lathe, milling, grinding, drilling work)E M breake and clutch assembly fitting/ testing complete job

Supply and fixed in replacement of unserviceable bushed / ball bearing of numbering 6006 or as per existing sample/ model suitable of oprating of traviling system for 4 Ton EOT crane complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge Make :SKF/NBC/ or equivalent model and make

Taking down u/s motor induction type from crane gantry and strip opening the motor and segregate u/s motor parts for inspection.rewinding of stator with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge includingallied insulation material after thorough cleaning the slots and assembling the motor after repair, re installation in position and testing on load.( Other spares of motores wil be measured and paid seperately)
