Disposing by mechanical transport ; the garbage/ Unserviceable materials consisting of debris, rubbish, packing boxes, Ac sheet, gypsum sheet, grass, serviceable/ nonserviceable items, doors, windows, partitions etc. from domestic house / office to the predetermined locations in the RRCAT campus with all leads at anywhere in RRCAT including loading, unloading, levelling, carrying by mechanical transport as required to maintain cleanliness around houses, parks and buildings in RRCAT campus including cost of all tools and tackles etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge ( Carriage capacity shall be around 5.00 Cum.).

Providing and fixing reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete using TMT bars of Preferred make having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 or higher grade as per IS:1786 at all levels including supplying, cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Note: 1 - The steel reinforcement bars shall be brought by the contractor at terms & conditions specified.TMT bars manufactured in the brand name of Preferred make shall only be permitted subject to furnishing of challans, valid test report issued by the manufacturer, pertaining to elongation,yield strength,Bend rebend test etc. 2 - Random testing of sample collected at site shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost.One sample comprising of three specimens shall be collected for every 25MT of bars brought at site .The representive of department shall associate with the engineer of contractor at each stage right from sampling of testing . All charges ,transport, taxes etc shall be borne by the contractor. 3 - The contractor shall be solely respossible all the time for watch & ward of bars/binding wires etc at their own cost. 4 - 1.60mm dia . Soft drawn annealed BINDING WIRE required for the work will have to be procured by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment . 5 - Other conditions as stipulated in general condition, special conditions, additional conditions and specification shall also be applicable and no claim whatsoever on account of enforcing these provisions shall be entertained .

Providing and fixing in position first class double charge vitrified porcelain tiles conforming to IS:15622 of approved manufacturer of size 600mmx 600mm (thickness shall be as per manufactures's specifications) of approved color, pattern and design for flooring, skirting or dado laid in floor, wall of existing concrete or plastered surface over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding or fixed with approved quality adhesive (as per manufacturers specifications), jointed with spacer and pointed with matching epoxy sealent finished to levels, slope or plumb as required including cement mortar bedding, cutting of tiles to required size and curing, acid washing etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
White/Coloured Glazed tile flooring/dado using 1st quality 6mm thick glazed tiles of size as mentioned below of Preferred make with necessary specials etc. over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, close jointed and pointed with matching white/coloured cement slurry and finished to levels slope or plumb as required including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, making good the surface before bedding, cutting of tiles, curing, acid washing etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Coloured Dado using 300mm x 450 mm tiles.
Non Slippery Ceramic tile flooring/dado using 6mm thick matt finished ceramic tiles of sizes as mentioned below, 1st quality of Preferred make over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, close jointed and pointed with matching cement slurry using white cement pigment mixed with, finished to levels slope or plumb as required including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, making good the surface before bedding, cutting of tiles, curing, acid washing etc. complete.
In flooring with tiles of size 300x300x6mm.
Providing and laying/fixing in position 15mm to 18mm thick machine polished granite slabs of approved colour and quality including machine/hand cut, polishing, buffing the edges all in line, level, (curvature corners if required) in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding with best workmanship, finishing, curing, complete in platforms, shelves, wash basin, cills, jambs, facias, treads and risers and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: S.S.screw at proper spacing shall be used to fix the granite in addition to above where ever required.
Black, cherry/ruby red shade
Kota stone flooring/skirting, using 15mm to 20mm thick hand cut single machine polished kotah stone slabs laid over 20 mm thick mortar, close jointed and pointed with matching cement slurry finished to levels, slope or plumb as required and cured etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
In flooring with lime mortar 1:2 bedding and with machine polishing after laying.
Providing and laying indoor sports wooden flooring kiln seasoned and heat treated (Badminton Court) of area-elastic floating type confirming to (European Norm) EN 14904 / DIN 18032 (DIN is the national standards body of Germany) standards, comprising of finished 21 mm thick and 65 mm to 85 mm wide Maple hardwood top layer with tongue and groove joint system, fixed over well seasoned supported on 45 mm x 70 mm treated with anti‐termite solution pinewood sleepers placed over 10 mm thick rubber pads at 350 mm mm c/c intervals. The entire flooring system shall be laid over a best quality vapor barrier (200 micron thick polythene sheet) laid on leveled and moisture-free sub-base. Flooring to be finished with 3 coats of non-slip, sports-grade polyurethane (PU) coating including sanding and sealing. Court markings shall be done with approved PU-based paint of required color and 40 mm width as per BWF (Badminton World Federation) standards. Complete in all respects including tools, tackles, labour, materials, and installation as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The system shall meet performance criteria as per EN 14904 / DIN 18032 standards with minimum 45% shock absorption and 90% ball rebound. ( NOTE : The finished surface shall be levelled with a margin of +/- 5mm.)
Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in foundation & plinth upto FFL including curing, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below G.L. etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cement plastering at all levels for internal walls/ceiling with cement mortar 1:4/1:5 finished smooth (steel trowel finish) so as to obtain smooth surface for painting over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including hacking of concrete surfaces, double scaffolding, making grooves,curing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Waterproof cement plaster 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, with waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement including double scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Sand faced plaster 20mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at all heights with base coat in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick and finishing coat in cement mortar 1:3, 8mm thick final rendering, double scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing etc. complete and addition of waterproofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement for the base coat etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, supplying, and installing roll-type insulation made of closed-cell chemically cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) foam laminated with aluminum foil on one side, having a minimum density of 25 kg/m³ and a minimum thickness of 8 mm. The insulation shall be supplied in continuous rolls measuring between 1.00 to 1.20 meters in width and 20 to 24 meters in length. The material shall exhibit low thermal conductivity, high thermal resistance, excellent heat reflection, and low water absorption, and shall be suitable for operating temperatures ranging from –40 °C to +115 °C. Installation shall be carried out on internal walls and ceilings to ensure effective temperature control and noise absorption. The insulation shall be fixed over clean, dry, and level surfaces using approved adhesives or mechanical fasteners, strictly following the manufacturer’s recommendations and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope of work shall include all required accessories, cutting, joint sealing, cleaning, and finishing, leaving the installation complete and ready for immediate use and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, fabricating, supplying and erecting factory made single/double leaf metal flush door insulated with polyurethane foam (density of PUF shall be 40kg/m³) of of Preferred make consisting of 1.5 mm galvanised pressed steel frame of size 105mm x 57mm with suitable stiffeners and 1mm prime quality galvanised pressed steel shutter, 35mm thick shutter with necessary stiffeners for hardware, with applying a coat of two pack epoxy primer and two coats of polyurethane paint above etc. . complete including Supplying and fixing Mortise Dead lock of Preferred make ( 7 lever) 2 way locking facility and key arrangement of both side, eye piece and safety chain,

35mm thick ( Main Door)
Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick pre laminated PVC door shutter (conforming to IS: 4020) with PVC door Frame (Choukhat) of Preferred make consisting of followings :
1. PVC door frame of size 50x47mm with wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm thick rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred ar corners and joined with 2nos. 150mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2. PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and of size 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles
& rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive & including all fittings, fixtures, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing. Note: Fittings and fixtures shall be as indicated in the tender drawing.
Providing and fixing in position anodized (min of grade AC5) aluminum louvered ventilators, using aluminum alloys extruded section as per approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285. The outer frame shall be of extruded aluminum verticle and horizontal rectangular sections of minimum size 44.0x46.0x1.40 mm thick with adjustable louvers clips on both vertical side to hold and rotated 4 m thick bajri glass strip louvers, C.P. brass screws / stainless steel screws, mastic filling, nuts, washers, Rawl plugs, aluminum packing strips used for anchoring system as per the requirements, transportation, cost of all labours, scaffolding if necessary, machinery, tests, chipping of walls, beams, columns, rectification of plaster, painting if required etc. and as directed by EIC. Including providing and fixing bajri glass of 4.0 mm thickness etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing in position anodized (min of grade AC5)aluminum doors with extruded and integrated aluminum sections as per approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 aluminum beading, PVC lining, CP brass / stainless steel screws, mastic filling, nuts, washers etc. complete including scaffolding if necessary, chipping of walls, beams, columns, rectification of plaster, painting if required. Vertical and middle horizontal section of door shall be min 80 mm x 44 mm and of thickness minimum 2 mm. Top and bottom horizontal section of door shall be min 120 mm x 44 mm and of thickness minimum 2 mm Snap beading shall be minimum 0.41 mm thick. Cleat angles shall be minimum 25 x 25 mm and thickness 2 mm, including p/f 5.0mm thick clear sheet glass and/or opaque using 12mm thick laminated particle board..Anodized aluminum (min of grade AC-5) doors, fully glazed with 5 mm thick glass or opaque using 12mm thick laminated particle board and the vertical members are internally braced with 12mm dia MS long bolt, SS handle on both sides as approved, floor spring/door closer of Preferred make, concealed tower bolts, locking arrangements using SS aldrop 16mm dia and 300mm long etc complete.
Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to Terraces (average thickness 110mm) by cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to top slab as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honey-combs etc. in the concrete slab, setting brick bat coba in waterproof mortar 1:4 with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall upto a height of 300 mm in the shape of vatas, with waterproof plaster 1:3 finished smooth with trovel, including the cost of providing & fixing the glass fibre cloth (45gsm) of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trovel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The treatment shall be tested by ponding water for a period of 10 days & dose of waterproofing compound solution is as per manufacturers specification).
Stages of treatment: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 100 mm 63mm (as applicable) size with 50% of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.
(c) After two days of proper curing, applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of 45 gsm of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.
Note: 1. If due to location of rain water pipes/ drain pipes, the thickness of treatment exceeds 110mm/65mm to provide sufficient slope for easy flow of water, provision is to be made of extra brick bat coba item as per item no. 1 in this chapter. 2. The waterproofing treatment is to be GUARANTEED for bone dry condition for a period of 10 years. 3. An amount @ 10% of the value of the item shall be withheld by the department for a period of 10 years from the date of completion. 4.The measurement for payment shall be the entire area of terrace covered by the treatment measured between brick/concrete parapets without plaster and the area of vatas calculated by taking the length of vatas and the height above the finished level of the terrace/chajja.
Painting plastered surfaces with two/three coats of Acrylic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with full wall putty, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing pre-construction anti-termite treatment (with of Preferred make 1% concentration) generally as per IS 6313 (Part-II)-1981 guaranteed for ten years complete. The treatment shall comprise of following stages :-
a). Treatment around foundation, footing & columns :- Soil poisoning from the depth of 500mm below ground level around RCC/Brick foundations, columns, plinth beams, walls, etc. with chloropyrifos (1% concentration) @ 7.50 litres per sq.m. of vertical surface including rodding the earth at 150mm centre to centre close to the column/ beams/walls surfaces, spraying the chemicals so as to soak the soil right to the bottom complete including tamping back the soil into place after this operation. b). Treatment around internal/external walls or plinth beams :- Soil poisoning from the ground level upto the level of filled up earth surface around junction of internal/external wall and floor with of Preferred make (1% concentration) @ 7.50 litres/m². of vertical surface so as to establish continuity of the vertical chemical barrier on inner wall surfaces from ground level including making a small channel of size 30mm x 30mm, rodding the channel at 150mm centre to centre to pour the chemical, spraying the chemicals so as to soak the soil right to the bottom complete including tamping back the soil into place after this operation. c). Treatment of soil below sub grade of floor :- Soil poisoning of the top surface of the filled earth within plinth wall with of Preferred make@ 5.00 litres/m². of the surface including making hole 50 to 75 mm deep at 150mm centre to centre both ways.

PVC Septic tank of PWTS-AM-0200-01 of 2000 liters capacity

Providing, laying, jointing, fixing, testing and painting as per colour code of BARC heavy quality (Class C) M.S. Galvanised pipes as per IS:1239 of preferred make including fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, enlargers, bends and all other fittings required for the completion except screwed flanges conforming to IS:1239 and also as per the code of practice of water supply in buildings of IS: 2065 including laying under the floor, chasing in walls, roof slabs and making good the same to the original conditions, testing the pipes & fittings for 10kg/sqcm pressure for a minimum period of two hours duration with clean & potable water, including cutting to waste of pipes, threading, cost of all jointing materials like hemp yarn, white or red lead, painting with two coats of anti-corrosive bitumastic paint for under portion & oil paint for exposed portion over a coat of primer, clamps, wooden gutties, screws, cement, sand etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Proof rolling with 8/10 ton power roller over sub-base of the road to achieve proper consolidation including watering etc and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & laying lean bitumen macadam for levelling course/camber correction with 4% binder using 60/70 Grade Bitumen by weight of total mix of aggregate consisting of 20mm and down grade including heating of binder and aggregate, handling of materials, mixing, transporting, spreading, finishing with paver to required levels, grade & camber, rolling with power roller etc. complete as per specification and including spreading the stone dust/lime on the finished surfaces and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Uprooting of weeds, unwanted vegetations, bushes, ground covers etc. from pre-located area by using khurpi, pick axe, collecting/stacking the uprooted stubbles for disposal/burning upto 50m so as to give a neat and clean appearance etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion (Rapid setting) conforming to IS:8887, spraying the emulsion with mechanically operated spray unit, cleaning & preparing the existing road surface as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
