PROVISION OF 03 COVERED SHEDS AT CHILDREN PARK AND OFFICERS MESS AT CGDHQ-10, CAMPBELL BAY

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cu. m, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good the surface and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hard core of guage n.exc 63mm with broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, water and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for use and waste of timber as in formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter as in rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, pavings, path etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome paint all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement plaster (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a priming coat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular), polished light shade area of each tile n.exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 2mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 0.56mm thick plain, aluminium sheeting, alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceables tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; all as specified and as directed.
