(Note:- Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for removing and replacing of defective items such as insulators for busbar, saparators, sleeves, hinges, bolts, nut where over required, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing of ACB 800/1200A rating by disconnecting and taking out the breaker after taking power shut down of the respective panel and overhauling/ servicing the ACB by opening all parts and cleaning of electrical contacts with CTC/rust remover, lubricating electrical moving parts with petrolium jelly and mechanical moving parts with grease & applying Becktrol red solution to the surface of the bus bars and spouts, applying Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints and replacing defective spare parts like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers etc, including testing, calibrating, refixing the circuit breaker and make ACB fuctional all as specified and directed

M & L for Testing of earthing resistance of existing earthing using calibrated 3/4 wire digital Earth resistance tester and recording the earth resistance value in register obtaining the signature of user and MES excecutive after varification all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Contractor has to provide digital earth resistance tester and should be available all the time during the contract period.

M & L for detecting faults in LT installation or trip of breakers LT panel, ACBs, MCCBs, checking the cable ends, Terminals, connections etc in CHAFB, No 2 Offrs Mess area and rectifiying the defects for restoring supply including replacing of defective items immediately from above 1 to 101 items Note:- (i) Rate for item required to be replaced shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule. (ii) Essential material like, insulation tape, screws and all tools required for carrying out the works shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) All emergency nature complaints must be attended and completed within 2 hrs as and when assigned. (iv) All other complaints to be attended and completed within 6 hrs as and when assigned (v) Not rectification on complaints in said time shall be penalized @ Rs 500/- per hour per complaint and recovery shall be made in the payment due to the contractor.
