PETTY REPAIR and MAINT TO CERTAIN MD / OTM ACCN AND PERIODICAL SERVICES OF PINTO PARK AREA UNDER GE (AF) PALAM, DELHI CANTT-10

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceilings, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished even and fair with water proofing compound by weight as per manufacturer's instructions with and including necessary scaffolding up to (G+3 storey) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing loose, disturbed or disintegrated old concrete surfaces of RCC beam, column, lintel, slab, chhajja, pardi, railing etc, cleaning thoroughly exposed reinforcement, by sand blasting using suitable pump as directed by the GE, preparing exposed concrete surfaces to receive guniting, applying one coat of anti corrosive paint to the exposed reinforcement, supply and fix welded wire mesh of size (50 x 50) mm of 1 mm dia wire, weight not less than 0.55 Kg/Sqm & binding with 22 guage mild steel (annealed) binding wire to reinforcement and applying rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3), after second layer 15mm thick cement plaster with CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement to match with the existing surfaces, removing the debris outside MD land including material and labour for necessary scaffolding and formwork (G+3 storeys) and safety arrangement for guniting work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The finish of the surfaces shall be matched with the existing surface. WPC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item as supply only.

M&L for writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc 30cm high using synthetic enamel paint complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Letters under 2cm height shall be measured as 2cm. (b) Letters shall be painted with thick paint so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks, if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained. (c) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for the above provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Disconnecting existing water tank of any description exc 500 litres but n.exc 1000 litres capacity in any position, setting aside for repairs, cleaning and removing all scales, dirts etc from tank and mouth of circulating pipes etc and re-fixing in position with and including new 20mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 1mm thick stainless steel plate rack of overall size 600mm x 900mm and weight not less than 6 Kgs as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing compound complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces on ceilings including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
