Load testing of the lift shall be carried out by the contractor in the presence of the representative of the Accepting Officer and/or Government-authorised Lift Inspector. The test report shall be submitted to the department for record. The entire cost of testing, including load arrangement and liaison with the inspecting authority, shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning LT Cable XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip armoured,1100 volts grade, multistranded aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 50 sqmm; 3.5 core conforming to IS:7098 part-I with latest amendments up to date and making cable connections by providing suitable aluminium lugs with proper crimping and steel glands and laid in trenches / ducts / floors / roofs or through pipes with saddles and fixing screws etc complete all as specified and directed . Note :- 1.(Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover and Clear Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fix MCCB 160 amps 4 Pole , 25 KA , 50 Hz 415 Volts to be fixed in existing panel board after making addition alteration and making bus bar extension with necessary of suitable size all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust, common salt and bentonite powder 10 kg etc and earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz Outdoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation, factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated and shall be CPRI approved and as approved by GE. The Panel shall have front and rear opening, locking arrangement, bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment, hinged door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, aluminum bus bar duly covered with heat shrink sleeves colour coded duly fixed on DMC/SMC insulators, aluminum strip connection from bus bar to outgoing MCCBs and copper conductor cable of adequate size for MCBs, housed in a separate bus bar chamber and control wiring adequate size and length, outgoing MCCBs shall have extended bus bar links and Panel mounted on 50x50x5mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted including PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation design subject to approval of GE as per site requirement. Design supply and installation of lattice type galvanized steel structure with attached connectivity platform to bldg including all material, labour, fabrication, galvanization, inspection, preparation of drawing based on fabrication drawing provided by OEM, proto assembly, submission of proto corrected drawing etc. (Zinc coating 610 gms/ sqm) and steel materials shall conform to IS:2062- Latest revision(Hot rolled Medium and high Tensile structure steel) with Yield stress E250 for mild steel and Yield stress E350 for High tensile steel and all other relevant IS codes and Aluminum composite panel should be used to cover the exterior of the fabricated Lift structure complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) The design of the structure shall be as per OEM instruction and specification.(ii) The design shall be vetted by IIT/NIT/IISc before approval of GE

Material and labour for preventive maintenance of 5 passanger lift installed at ATC Tower for a period of 12 months under DLP (Defect liability period) (first year after completion of Phase - I i.e. Original Work). The lift is a fully automatic electrically operated passenger Lift of 5-person capacity serving G+3 floors, operating at a speed of 1 metre per second, equipped with a single-speed motor and AC Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) drive, along with all standard lift accessories. The scope of work includes as below:- Mechanical Components :- (a) Inspection and lubrication of guide rails, guide shoes, door tracks, rollers, machine bearings, counterweight assemblies. (b) Adjustment of brake system, door mechanisms, gear coupling alignment. (c) Cleaning of machine room, motor frame, control enclosure, car top, pit. (d) Checking hoisting rope tension, counterweight shoes, car frame, overspeed governor. (e) The contractor shall ensure uninterrupted functionality and safety of the lift throughout the maintenance period without any extra cost to the Government. (g) Annual Load Test of Lift by Government-Authorized Lift Inspector including certificates, liaison, test arrangement, and rectification of remarks

All as per item No.41 Above but for a period of 12 months under DLP (Defect liability period) (Second year after completion of Phase - I i.e. Original Work)

Comprehensive maintenance, repair, servicing, and breakdown attendance of the fully automatic electrically operated lift installed at the ATC Tower for a period of 12 months (first year after expiry of the defect liability period). The lift is a fully automatic Passenger/passenger Lift of 5-person capacity serving G+3 floors, operating at a speed of 1 metre per second, equipped with a single-speed motor and AC Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) drive, along with all standard lift accessories. The scope of work includes as below:- (a) Daily checks and routine operational inspections. (b) Scheduled preventive maintenance at daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly intervals. (c) Cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of controller, motor, machine, guide rails, bearings, and door operating mechanisms. (d) Maintenance of automatic/digital control systems, door drive units, sensor/sliding doors, and all safety devices. (e) Replacement of lubricants, consumables, and all required spares, as directed, at no additional cost to the department. (f) Immediate attendance to faults and emergencies to ensure round-the-clock (24 × 7 × 365 days) serviceability of the lift. (g) Annual Load Test of Lift by Government-Authorized Lift Inspector including certificates, liaison, test arrangement, and rectification of remarks (h) The contractor shall ensure uninterrupted functionality and safety of the lift throughout the maintenance period without any extra cost to the Government.
