Dismantling of pucca flooring top layer (Neat cement finish & plastering) including shuttering, screening, carriage and staking of serviciable materials at safe place as directed by the dept-in -charge.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregates of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls bricks works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary and curing complete (Shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). a) In prop. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand: 6 coarse agg. 15 mm thick cemnt plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering upto first floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (b) in cement mortar 1:4

Neat cement finishing over the cement plaster surface with cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 Kg/ M2 of area including curing etc. complete.

FRP PANNELED DOOR Supplying & fixing of factory made 30mm thick Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panneled door shutter of required colour of FIBREWAYS made with fire retardant grade unsatured polyster resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles,with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings,cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate for panels and conforming to IS:14856-2000 including fixing to frames complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing in position plywood / hardboard partion walls with 6mm thick plyboard / hardboard (best) with horizontal and vertical Sal battens of size 50mm x 80mm spaced at not more than 1.20m apart with necessary nails, wood screws, bolts etc. complete as directed by the Department for all levels (Painting / Varnishing to be measured and paid separately). Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. hold fast (40mmx3mmx250mm) as per design embeded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonry as directed and specified. Supplying, ftiing, fixing anodised aluminium fittings of approved make, reasonably smooth, free from sharp edges and corners, flaws and other defects and with countersunk holes for screws including necessary aluminium screws etc. complete. Providing putty in glass panes including taking out old putty carefully and fixing glass pins or nails where necessary

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on old wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping. Distempering (two Coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old wall surface to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface free from dirt, loose scales and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Wall Painting one coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ICI paint/ J&N paint/ Nerolac) on old wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.
