Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), all as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thickness finished even and smooth with out using extra cement as in hard standing etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 50 mm thick as in sub base complete all as directed

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles of any descriptions, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with fly ash bricks using Old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5.00 described here in before but except bricks (Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained from ser item No 4.00 shall be re used)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing debris out side the premises all as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement Mortar (1:4) mixed with Water proofing compound over 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or on concrete surfaces finished even and fair, all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces and finished even and fair, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of ceiling of concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3), all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured /printed tiles in vertical surface 300x200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including backing coat 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as in vertical surfaces of walls/skirting, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete laid over screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floors, steps, window cills, cooking platforms etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 19.00 described here-in-before but as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, Jambs and pillers etc over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx 30cm x 25mm thick of size as approved by GE set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement & pigment over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repairs Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M35 grade, with grey cement and pigment laid over and including dry sand cushion of 50 mm thick all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for supply of sand in polythene bag at firing range and arranging the bags all as directed

Supply only saw dust for firing range

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, all as directed.

Material and labour for 12mm thick Perforated particle board/ tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 605x605 mm in size, fixed with screws on existing snap grid, in ceiling, flat or sloping, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on exterior surface of particle board all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 28.00 above but for 12 mm thick semi perforated particle board of Make and pattern of M/S Armstrong to match with existing provision.

Fixing only ceiling board obtained from dismantling item No 26.00 of any description, all as directed.

Material and labour for anodised aluminium snap grid false ceiling of panels of size 605 x 605 mm using aluminium anodised wall angle of size 25 x 25 x 1.5mm thick fixed to walls with rawl plug and screws n. exc 1.50m c/c and intermediate panels using main "Tee" and cross "Tee" aluminium anodised section of size 35 x 25 x 1.50mm and 25 x 25 x 1.50mm thick suspended with GI wire of 4mm dia at 1.2 m interval including 12 mm thick semi perforated particle board fixed to frame work with screws and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on exterior surfaces of ceiling board all as specified and as directed

Repairs to existing false ceiling by dismantling exsiting board, and providing additional suspended wire of 4 mm dia and securing the wall angle by providing additional screws and refixing the board back all as specified and directed
