S&F sheet metal enclosure double door distribution board factory made for MCB DB load link VTPN 4 way suitable for MCCB as incomer, 63 Amp,4 pole & Including MCCB 63 amps 4 pole 16 KA complete. (when MCB's are to be used) with suitable size of busbar complete,fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good the distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-V)

Supply and fixing of 72 Watt new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure dia cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 with 10 KV Built-in-SPD complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI Brackets bending & shaping of size 32 mm dia galvanised iron pipe light grade over all length 0.60 mtr including necessary clamps, brackets and bolts etc to fixing on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, & Fixing of weather/ dust, vermin proof LT junction box factory made out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick complete with inside, outside powder coated, rubber gasket packing with suitable size with 50 amps TPN aluminium busbar duly insulated (including self insulated) maintaining proper space for each busbar, & proper arrangement for passing incoming/ outgoing LT cable and fixed to pole with 02 Nos MS clamps, Nuts bolts and washer etc complete including self closing locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1100 V Grade PVC insulated,aluminium conductor & overall PVC sheathed in service connection with 2 single core cables of size 10 Sqmm & connecting to light fittings/tertminal boxes complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VI)

M&L for Construction of valve chambers of size 1.5x1.5 x1.2 internal dimentions with 150 mm thick PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded trap stone aggregate, 230 mm thick brick masonary wall with sub class 'B' bricks builts in cement mortar 1:4 10 mm thick plastering to brick masonary in cement mortar internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level, 50 mm thick coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate valve chamber having coller frame size 1.5x1.5 x1.2 made of mild steel angles of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and cover made of 2.5 mm thick mild steel sheet framed by 40x40x5 mm MS angle having 02 nos cross 'X' supprt fixed with coller frame by mild steel hinges - 02 Nos, locking arrangements with provision of locks and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of alluminium enameled paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including neccessary earth work, excavation, all as specified and directed.

HOT & COLLED WATER/VENTILATION (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VIII)

Supply and fix refrigerator, electric driven (single phase), capacity upto to 195 Litres BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 2 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix water cooler electric driven (single phase), stainless steel with 02 Nos Tap, having approx storage capacity of 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install, desert cooler, AC supply electric driven (single phase), 1400 rpm,having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 Cum/ hour complete with steel body construction is top cover, side supports angle & water storage Tank with 20 SWG & side panels with 22 SWG steel Sheet as per standerd design of manufacturers for air flow capacity 5000 Cum/Hrs ccomplete all as specified and directed.
