Providing AMC for pure water Distribution pipeline network in I/A for year 2025-26.

Item No. 1:- Rectification of leakages on CI distribution pipe line of 80 mm dia. to 300 mm dia. sizez by operation of sluice valves /washout valves for draining purpose, excavation of trenches in soft soil / murum, dewatering by dewatering pumpset or manually. Finding out the leakges location, bringing the required materials , tools & plants from store @ WTP, carrying out the rectification of leakages of pipeline by CI socket joint, colllar joint, or by providing the accessories like leak repair clamps, mechanical cripling collar joint, CID Joint, patch clamp etc (Material will be supplied by MIDC) & making the joint leakproof as directed by Engineer In charge including making lighting arrangment for night work, operating the valves after rectification of leakages, keeping all the site material back to store at WTP & making the site clear.

Item No 3 :- Replacement of CI / DI Pipe of different diameter from 80 mm to 300 mm by operation of sluice valves/ washout valves for draining purpose , dewatering pump set or manually finding out the leakage location bringing the required materials , tools and plants from store @WTP carrying out the replacement of pipeline by CI socket Joint , collar joint or by providing the accessories like leak repair clamps etc ( Materials supplied by MIDC) and making the joints leek proof as directed by Engineer Incharge making lighting arrangements for night work . operating the valves after rectification of leagages Keeping all the site material back to store at WTP and making the site clear

Item No. 5:- Repairing & servicing of Air valves /sluice valves etc provided on distribution pipe line in various Indl. area including replacement of air valve ball, rubber packing, nut bolts etc ( Material will be supplied by MIDC)

Item No.6: Cleaning / clearing slopy portion of benoda trench including uprooting, removing trunk vegetation, grass, bushes, trees up to 30 cm girth and removal of rubbish & disposing the same outside the premises

Item No. 7 :- Removing of algae from the water surface @ Benoda Trench & disposing the same outside the premises including making all safety arrangements / tools required to execute the job

Hiring of JCB for Excavation during replacement of Pipes and other emergency works

Removing the sludge from effluent sump or from any other ancillary structure such as screen and grit chambers, by mechanical means or manually for all depths. Lift and lead upto 100 m from the edge of sump or structure including stacking the sludge as directed. Item includes cost of all mechanical equipments, labour, fuel, safety devices, tools and plants. ( Rates excluding GST)

Cleaning of Distribution pipe chamber of sluice valve by removing grass water sludge complete and making the chamber clean ( Un-skilled labour )

(13) Providing and supplying C .I. detachable joints suitable for A. C. pressure pipes manufactured as per IS-1538-1993 standards of following calass and diameter including cost of insurance, railway freight, inspection charges, unloding from railway wagon, loding into truck, transporting to departmental store, unloading, stacking and cost of rubber rings, nut bolts. excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete (IS-1538-1993)
