SUB: Supplying and installation of 2D Stencil Cut Acrylic Signage Board / In Cut Acrylic Letter Board (LED Glow ACP Signage Boards) at different Places in Bihar & Jharkhand state under BSO.

Tender Ref. No: BSO/2300/LUBES/MP/LT/22-23/02 dated 02/03/2023 || e-Tender Id: 2023_BSO_163680_1 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. it should be ensured that after completing every work, pictures to be taken and sent immediately that picture to RCL as well as Marketing Manager. 3. Scanned / Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format. 4. The below mentioned rates are inclusive of all Taxes, levies, duties, transport, insurance charges but exclusive of GST only and only GST will be paid extra. 5. The party must quote only after having read & understood all terms & conditions of tender. 6. The itemwise quantities mentioned here may vary at the time of execution of works and bills would be paid accordingly. 7. Bidders to note that the tender is being invited as advance action and there may be delays in issuance of LOA/ work order. Further, site may not be immediately available for undertaking works after tender finalization. Site would only be handed over after ensuring site readiness and availability of statutory clearances required.
