Note : Cable should be fixed in DWC HDPE flexible pipe with min dia of 40 mm with saddle and other accessories.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods (2feet / 3feet/ 4 feet as required on site) , electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated, sheathed 1100volts a grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor FRLS grade conforming to IS-694 part II with ISI mark FRLS grade drawn through and including suitable size stove enamelled steel conduit on surface with all accessories, including suitable size sunkpresses steel or cast iron terminal box with etc including providing 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaires/fan etc at one end and to common earth dolly at other end all as specified for fan/light point all specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Flame proof - weather proof industrial heavy exhaust fan , 450 mm sweep, single phase,1440 RPM, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 66 protection all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Supply and fix Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cutting opening in cement concrete walls (any description) for window and other openings (with or without reveals) or enlarging existing openings, including trimming surfaces to receive rendering, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of external wals for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004 ,alkalie and fungal resistant,dirt resistantance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted)with silicon additive @1.43Ltr /10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.90litre/10sq over new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixedportions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified

Material and labour for 12mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel work rectangular/ tubular trusses as in purlins etc including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 0.5mm total coated thickness prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel roofing sheets having tensile strength of 550 MPa colour coated with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of new steel of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
