Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting /dismantling of old existing unserviceable DB's any way 240/415 volts with their unserviceable burnt MCB's all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable PVC insulated /sheathed sub main wiring aluminium conductor cable of size upto 10 Sqmm on wooden batten /PVC conduits, complete with battens /conduits including removal of unserviceable cables from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm, FRLS, PVC insulated, single core, copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded in and including PVC casing caping medium grade for one light /exhaust fan /socket outlet 5 Amps independent /call bell point controlled by one switch with and including continuous 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.
