Supply, Erection & commissioning of Solid shaft motor of capacity 100 HP, 1450 RPM, 3 phase, 440/415 Volt suitable for 20 Cs. VT axial flow pump vertical flange mounted as per site & specification approved by technical committee

Supply, laying and installation of LT 1100 Volt cable PVC XLPE armoured aluminium conductor of sizes as mentioned as per relevant IS specification & approved make as per Annexure-C in technical specification of Haryana Irrigation Department various sizes as below (B) 3.5 Core 185 Sqmm.

Supply, Erection & Commissioning of M.S delivery Pipe 508 mm inner dia made of 6 mm thick MS Plate both end flanged (in >= 6 Mtr Pieces) as per approved specification & Make. (Including SS Nut & Bolt, Rubber Sheet 1/8" & other fitment accessory required i.e. MS bend)

Providing complete double side plate earthing with 2 earth pits on both sides of Sump Well by boring & lowering 1.5" Gl pipe, filling boring with charcoal, Copper strips, salt & fixing base plate, connecting this main earthing through Copper strips/wires up to motors & panel as per site requirement.

Supply, erection and commissioning of LTDB Panel of 1250 Amp. Capacity with all accessories as one main incomer ACB 1250 Amp. with 6 No. outgoing each of having MCCB of 400Amp. along with an-additional. MCCB of 100 Amp. for lighting loads, Indicators, Relay Meters, Push buttons, bus bars and with 6 No Fully Automatize ATS Starters (Completed in all respect like relays, indicators timer etc.), of 100HP Motors each with MCCB of 400 Amp. withcontactor rating as 400,300,200,100 Amp. with air cooled ATS starter with designed capacitor bank of 250 KVAR capacity with 8 step APFCR, digital display instruments & other allied accessories for automatic as well as manual operation of capacitor bank suitable for 6 Nos. 100 HP motors. Each Stage should have separate protection through MCCB. One No. Incomer MCCB of 400 Amps to be provided for Capacitor Bank. The LTDB should be as per approved design of HID at Annexure C. with a stand of MS Channel (1.5 feet Up from floor) & as per approved technical specification with earthing.

Supply, Erection & commissioning of 500 KVA liquid cooled diesel generator-generating set, Genset, DG Set, with AMF control panel (KOEL green electro) of installation, running, earthing, foundation for dg set, with incoming and outgoing cables etc complete in all respect as per product specifications mentioned in Irrigation Department.
