Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : 100 mm

Dismantling of C.I sluice valve including stacking of useful materials within a lead of 50mtrs upto150mm diameter

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50metres lead.

Providing and fixing double scaffoldingsystem(cuplock type)on the exterior side,upto seven story heightmade with 40mmdiaM.S tube1.5mcenter to center,horizontalvertical tubesjoining withcup& lock sydtem with M.S tubes, M.S tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc.and intaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duaration as approved and removing it there after.The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connectionwith the buildingetc wherever requirred for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for workmen etc.complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in charge.the elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratchesetc.complete.

Cleaning of under ground sump,overHeadRCC tank (independent staging)including disposal of slit and rubbishall as perdirectionof Engineer-in-charge.

The cleaning shall consist following operations:-Tank shall be emptied of waterby pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits.Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wirebrush etcand pressure washed with water.Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wirebrush etcand pressure washed with water.chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.The treated surface shall be dried usingair jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc.as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder rail-ing, balcony railing and staircase railing including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.- M.S. tube

Finishing wall with texture exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @3.28ltr/10 sqm) over including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paintto give an even shade.Two or more coats applied on @0.90ltr/10 sqm) over under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved and manufacture

Painting (two or more coats ) on rain water, soil waste and vent pipes and fittings with black anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture ,over and including a priming of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer on new work:100 mm diameter pipes.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying Double flanged (screwed/welded) centrifugally (spun) cast iron ,class b (IS 1536) 100mm dia C.I double flanged pipe.

Providing and Fixing C.I Sluice valve (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc.( the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) 100mm dia class II

Providing and fixing M.S. holder bat clamp of approved design to sand cast iron/ cast iron (spun) pipes comprising of M.S. flat brackets made of 50x5 mm flat of specified shape, projecting 75 mm outside the wall surface and fixed on wall with 4nos, 6mm dia expansion hold fasteners, including drilling necessary holes in brick wall/ CC/ RCC surface and the cost of bolts etc. The pipes shall be fixed to the already fixed brackets with the help of 30 mm x1.6 mm galvanised M.S. flats of specified shape and of total length 420 mm and shall be fixed with M.S. nuts, bolts, & washers of size 25x6 mm, one bolts on each side of the pipe.Total bracket length 580 mm of approved shape and design (for single 100 mm dia pipe)

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5
