Cleaning of asphaltic road surface, storm water drains, concrete slab, paver block, inside double fence area in FBTR complex at IGCAR, Kalpakkam for the year 2025-2026.

Sweeping and cleaning the Asphaltic road surface / concrete road surface inside FBTR & RML complex area using broom including broomstick, tools and other accessories, collecting the swept materials and stacking at places shown with in a lead of 500m etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1: Total quantity based on twelve cycle per year of entire area in FBTR complex, i.e one cycle per month and to be cleaned and maintained entire months. 2).The contractor shall supply the PPE to the labours and they should wear the PPE during their working hours. 3) Contractor has to engage a minimum of 1 No. of unskilled labour in every day including holidays except Sunday and closed holidays, If any short fall found during the contract period, It will be recovered for unskilled labour as per minimum wages shall be deducted from the RA bills.

Sweeping and cleaning the Drain cover slab, Plate form, pathway (paver block / cement concrete area) surface inside FBTR & RML complex area using broom including broomstick, tools and other accessories, collecting the swept materials and stacking at places shown with in a lead of 500 m etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:1.Total quantity based on twelve cycle per year of entire area in FBTR complex, i.e one cycle per month & to be maintained for month. 2).The contractor shall supply the PPE to the labours and they should wear the PPE during their working hours.

Cleaning the FBTR double fencing area surface with broom including removing green growth with roots at the joint area including removing the debris, vegetation, roots, dry leaves with root climbers, creepers in chain link fence etc.. with a lead above 4km upto 5km including the lorry/tipper and the labours for loading and unloading complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the storm water drain when and wherever required including collection of all unwanted leaves, small plants, silt and other unwanted debris etc. upto initial lead 200m and stacking for disposal upto 400m lead at place specified by Engineer, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting and trimming the branches of the trees of below mentioned girth size of maximum height up to 15.00 metre height from ground level with handling the cut out portion secondary stems, trunk, roots etc., of the Banyan Tree / Rain tree / assorted tree, including required labour, tools , hand saw, arc and disposing using mechanical transport of all the cut branches to dumping yard with in a lead of 5.0km including the lorry/tipper and the labours for loading and unloading the branches of tree, leaves etc., and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: This item operates only for rooted trees

Cutting and trimming the fallen tree with branches, secondary stems, trunk, roots etc., of below mentioned girth size of the Banyan Tree / Rain tree / assorted tree, including required labour, tools, hand saw, arc and disposing using mechanical transport of all the cut branches to dumping yard with in a lead of 5.0Km including the lorry/tipper and the labours for loading and unloading the branches of tree, leaves etc., and as all directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: This item operates only for fallen trees at ground level or cut out trees at ground level.

Cutting & uprooting the creeper, light jungle bushes etc. coupled with the chain link fencing on the both inside and outside for a height, up to the top of fencing, including carefully removing the vegetation intruded in to the chain link fencing without damaging the chain link and transporting the cut vegetation to a lead of 500m and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Collection of garbage / soil / Rock / refused materials like jungle Cutting materials, wild vegetation and periodic cleaning of dust bins, Dumped debris road sides of FBTR / DFRP Complex areas conveying to dumping yard, including loading, unloading, dumping, and levelling in dumping yard etc. including required labour, tools, hand saw, arc and mechanical transport with lead beyond 4 .00 km upto 5.00 kilometres as directed by the Engineer -in-charge. Note: This item operates for only manual loading Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. and 50% in respect of garden wastes, tree branches & Bin Wastes 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Supplying and spreading of weedicides such as glyphosate, ethyl ester, neem extract etc. using power sprayer to prevent un desirable vegetation and to kill the weeds in the Asphaltic road surface / water table area / Drain cover slab / paver block pathways / concrete surfaces including cost of weedicides and labour charges for spraying over the above said areas etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-Charge. Note: The contractor shall supply the PPE to the labours and they should wear the PPE during their working hours

Banyan tree souranding area cleaning in and around the site by cleaning the bushes, debris, fallen tree leafs & branches, waste materials, garbage’s etc., collecting, conveying and disposing the same at places as shown by the department with a lead of 500 metres all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing blockage in storm water drain, mouth outlets, road side berm rain water pipes, cutting and removing of fallen trees etc., during the monsoon period, cyclone time and rainy days, and all other essential miscellaneous works etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Contractor has to engage a minimum of 1 number of male coolies per unit with all PPE like Raincoat, Gumboot, PVC Hand Gloves etc. and during night time with hand torches complete.

Levelling, bull-dozing the heeped / dumped loosened earth / debris etc., by hiring JCB / Bull-dozer etc., including transporting, operating the vehicle, operating the vehicle by engaging driver/operator with valid driving license, diesel charges, insurance and admissible taxes, labour if any required etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire charges towards 12.5 tonne crane for lifting the un-used concrete blocks, light-poles, electrical-drums & structural materials lying in and around the area of the building and loading them into the trucks including providing D-cycle, slings and other accessories for lifting & overhead charges for operators, fitters & helpers complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
