Surface dressing of the ground (all kinds of solil) including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 meter and lift upto 1.5 meter.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and all leads, lifts including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed complete. (All Kinds of soil). Including diversion/ diverting of Nallah during the excavation of work.

Providing and laying stone soling hand packed for foundation trenches including carriage of same from approved source up to site of work complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8(1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size crushed) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work up to Plinth level, including cost and carriage of all material complete.

Providing and laying in Position cement concrete 1:2:4(1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size crushed) all work upto plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, including cost and carriage of all materials involved complete

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for

Providing and laying of RCC spun pipes 300 mm dia in proper position/grade including providing required quantity of Nallah muck over pipes as cushion including cost and carriage of pipes/nallah muck etc comp
