Disconneting all connection and taking down undermentioned faulty and defective distribution transformer from existing position (pole/plinth) in lucknow cantt area with suitable T&P and transporting & depositing to factory workshop/yard and back from factory workshop to in lucknow cantt area complete including installtion and comissioning and testing after repair in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Any damage during transportation/loading/unloading or at any stage occured contractor shall be responsible for that and damage shall be made good by the contactor at his own expenses.

Opening the top cover of undermentioned transformer and carying out the folowing work/repairs by specialist technician/engineer at factory work shop of the following capacity transformer :- (a) Removing of transformer oil from transformer into separate container. (b) Taking out the core and coil of transformer. (c) repair of radiator & replacement of defective plate of core as per existing size. (d) Cleaning the transformer inside properly by used transformer oil as per manufactures guide line and painting with one coat zink painting as per manufactures norms. (e) Re-tanking and assembling of core and coil. (f)_ Ovening in vapour phase drying oven at factory workshop for 72 hrs (g) Filling of new transformer oil (h) Replacement of gaskets, hardware/ consumables, replacement of silica gel breather replacement of HV/LV spindles, replacement top cover with gasket, nuts, bolts and washers. Note:-(i) Transformer oil, Silica gel breather, HV& LV Spindles & taping switch shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule as supply only and cost of gasket included in the qoted rate. (ii) Taking out of core and coil from transformer , retaking of core and coil assembly filling of transformer oil and testing of transformer on full load shall be done in the presenece of Engr-in-charge.

M&L for reconditioning of serviceable LV leg copper coil with DPC (double paper cover) as per specification copper conductor for undermentioned transformer complete matching with existing gauge and number of turns including best quality insulation, vernishing by vaccum impregnation and baking of coil assembly complete all as specified and directed to achieve designed voltage ratio all as per manufactures instruction of the following capacity of transformer:-

Transformer of capacity 315 to 500 KVA/ 11 KV/433 Volt

Transformer of capacity 750 KVA/ 11 KV/433 Volt

Supply only transformer oil for topping up/ filling in transformer as per IS -335/IS 12463 (1998) dielectric strength should be upto 60 KV breaking voltage complete all as per specified and directed. Make-Eastta/Indian oil or equivalent as approved.

Dehydration of old transformer oil of proper dielectric strength including centrifuging of oil to the required dielectric strength above 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap in all respect of the different capacities of the transformer including filling of required capacity of new oil for topping of the transformer etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: New oil will be paid under respective item of the schedule.

Material,labour and T&P for disconnecting the HT/LT connection of the transformer from pole/in side sub station/plinth and taking out the transformer from poles/plinth/inside the sub sation and shifting the same as directed place with the help of hydraulic/crane and making the connection of the HT & LT side as directed at any location in the cantt area incl testing complete as directed Note- Contractor will provide the crane & man power within one hour after recieving the whatsapp/mobile phone/massage/email etc. If contractor fails to provide the crane/man power within one hour, the amount @ Rs 800 per hour will be deducted from his dues.

M&L for cutting the small trees, cleaning the sub station in side/out side and taking out grass root and spraying the chemical (Roundup) in sub station in the ration 1:0.25 for buring the grass every three month as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge

S&F in replacment breather assembly with new silica gel of transformer of 63 KVA to 250 KVA as per existing make/size/model etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - Size of silica jel assy should be as per IS

S&F in replacment breather assembly with new silica gel of transformer of 315 KVA to 500 KVA as per existing make/size/model etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - Size of silica jel assy should be as per IS

Supply, testing and commissioning weather and vermin proof LT feeder pillar box (Panel board) factory fabricated out door cubical/kiosk type totally enclosed made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal enclosure of as per 15:5039/1983 partially type tested with angle iron frame of M.S. angle 50x50x6mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 HZ system with hinged panel doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber/wooden bushes of prevent ingress of water/vermin etc inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly spray painted grey hammer tone with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey or any other approved colour, including connecting ,testing and commissioning of following parts item No. 31.01 to 31.02:- Note- Panel board shall be fixed on PCC foundation 60 cm above the ground as per manufacturers recommendation and the rate of foundation shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.

Prediodical servicng of RMU of 11 KV rating fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing of all moving parts,gas charging, tighting of all joints nut,bolt,washer, removing the moisture by jel/heating system and replacement of defective components as per existing make/model/capacity of VCB incl connecting the all electrical connection and caliveration of relay,testing the high voltage,timing & CRM etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) The above job to be carried out by OEM (ii) Replacing of minor spare parts under Rs 1000 cost included in the quoted rate. (iii) If any defect occurred , the contractor will provide mechanic with in one hours for rectification of defects. If the contractor not provide the machanic and material within schedule time, the amount will be deducted @ 100/hrs after receiving phone/massage/ whatsapp /email etc complete as specified and directed. (iv) Other part which is not included but requierd for functioning of equipment is included in the quoted rate &The contractor shall arrange for the standby supply for testing of relays, (v) Contractor may visit the site before quoting the tender (vi) If any accident occured during the working. The contractor is full resposible for settelement of any dispute.

M&L for defect rectification of HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating faultmachine with help of electronic fault locating machine, comprising of surge generator pules, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator for cable of any size XLPE 11 KV, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including taking out the old unserviceable joint all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Indoor type termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including taking out the old unserviceavle joint all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fixing of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable ofsize 95 sqmm including taking out the unservicable joint as specified and as directed.

Servicing and calibration to 11KV HT VCB/(SF-6 type) complete with the following:- (a) Taking out 11KV HT VCB/(SF6 type) of 630/800 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply . Checking the mechanical system of equipment and cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB/(SF6 type) and testing complete after switching on the VCB as directed. (b) Taking out relay set (2 Nos over current & 01 No earth fault relay) of any make from HT11KV VCB/(SF-6 type) panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibrate the relay by relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement rubber mats anti skid type chequered and moulded in natural synthetic rubber to withstand 15KV of size 2Mtr x 1Mtr and thickness 25mm , ISI marked all as speciifed and as directed

Repair to Voltage Stabilizer, servo type of capacity 100 to150 KVA at site including carrying out maintenance check along with the following other repairs: (i) Dismantling of voltage stabilizer top cover for replacement of unserviceable parts without lifting core assembly. (ii) Assembling of voltage stabilizer after replacement of unserviceable parts with new serviceable parts as ordered by Engr in Charge. (iii) Fixing of top cover after repair and testing up to entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge. Notes : (a) The labour for spary painting include in quoted rate against this item. (b) Any minor repairs involved to make the voltage stabilizer functional if notified by the Engr-in-Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Repair to Voltage Stabilizer, servo type of capacity 250 TO 400 KVA at site including carrying out maintenance check along with the following other repairs: (i) Dismantling of voltage stabilizer top cover for replacement of unserviceable parts without lifting core assembly. (ii) Assembling of voltage stabilizer after replacement of unserviceable parts with new serviceable parts as ordered by Engr in Charge. (iii) Fixing of top cover after repair and testing up to entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge. Notes : (a) The labour for spary painting include in quoted rate against this item. (b) Any minor repairs involved to make the voltage stabilizer functional if notified by the Engr-in-Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for painting of two pole/four pole structure including cross arms,chanel etc complete structure after scraping old paint with two coats synthetic aluminium paint after applying one coat of zinc oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed . Note :- Punned thickness shall only be considered for payment

M&L for Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

M&L laying well burnt old size bricks, sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Supplying and laying or fixing in replacement, jointing and testing HT under ground electric power cable crossed linked polyethylene ( XLPE) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI marked , with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 11000 Volts grade of size 95 sqmm cross sectional area, 3 core ,complete all as specified laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc. with and including MS Clamps, nuts , bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying or fixing in replacement, jointing and testing LT under ground electric power cable crossed linked polyethylene ( XLPE) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI-7098 Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of size 185 sqmm cross sectional area, 3.5 core ,complete all as specified laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc. with and including MS Clamps, nuts , bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles/ block and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches & DO unit vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating machanisum for repapir/replacement of brocken/worn out components and insulators for replacement etc complete as specified and directed

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated switch , triple pole mechanically operated out door type with all fittings/accessories mounted on and including 11 KV HT 15 Nos porcelain insulators (09 Nos insulator for gang operated switch & 06 Nos insulator for drop out fuse unit including suitable rating fuse) and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked form ground level, vertically operated including locking arrangement & operating handle, with and including 7 levers lock complete suitable for current rating of 400 Amps HT 11 KV working pressure all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 60.00 here in before but for current rating of 200 Amps HT 11 KV working pressure

Disconnecting the all existing electrical connection from four pole/two pole structure & taking out unserviceable/ burnout HT jumpher /busbar and supplying and fixing of new jumpers/bus bar made of ACSR conductor of existing size including PVC sleeves suitable for 11 KV on HT Four/ two pole structure having 2/3 /4 incoming/outoing feeder including , lugs , nut bolts and washers etc complete all as directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of GOD mounted on pole with cleaning the moving and fixed contact and removing the old greas and greasing the moving and fixed contact of GOD with new grease incl tighting of nut,bolt and washer . of GOD complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge

M&L pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150 mm dia suitable for 11000 volt grade incl taking down old one complete as specified.

M & L Danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25mmX20mmX 1.6mm size incl taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Preperation of old painted surface and painting with 4 pole/two pole structure of HT steel tubular pole 11 mtr long from bottom to top incl all iron structure with asian aluminium paint and painting to bottom up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping with asian synthetic enamel paint one coats in Red /yellow/blue alternate strip incl numbering in 8 cm height of number with black paint dully approved by Engineer-in-charge and complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for spreading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 40mm inside fencing of RMU /transfromer manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed
