Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply & laying sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No 1 here in before.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge. of following sizes:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Supply, fixing and testing straight through joint heat shrinkable type with jointing kit suitable for cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge. for the following sizes :-

Taking down unservicable RCC/ steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of approx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II), complete with cast iron/MS plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screw etc including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings along with clamps. The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total length inside and up to planting depth outside and remaining portion of pole painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement ,of size 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 500 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 200 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

Supply & laying in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut,bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Material & Labour for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 2 to 4 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

All as per item No 16 above but of approx size upto 1.90 Sqm

Material & Labour for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminium paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply installation & commissioning in replacement of 12 Volts-100 AH sealed maintenance free battery suitable for solar street light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Trimming and cutting of tree branches coming across LT over head line clearing the line around 1.5m single/both sides and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n.exc 50m and cleaning site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Note :(i) Length of span is 35 to 40 RM. (ii) Due care is to be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there should no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case due to any negligence, damage is caused to be make good/renewal by the contractor from his own resources and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply and fixing in replacement of outdoor type wall mounted bus bar chamber having 04 pole bus bar of rating 250 Amps fitted with MCCB 200 Amps 4 Pole, 25 KA, 50 HZ as incomer inclding suitable hole in bus bar for outgoing cable connection including suitable size nut bolt and fastener complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of outdoor type wall mounted bus bar chamber having 04 pole bus bar of rating 63 Amps fitted with MCCB 63 Amps 4 Pole, 16 KA, 50 HZ as incomer inclding suitable hole in bus bar for outgoing cable connection including suitable size nut bolt and fastener complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply & laying of stranded aluminium conductor cable PVC sheathed unarmoured , 1100 Volts , flat twin core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge for following sizes:-

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fittings capacity 60 Watt LED street light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fittings capacity 45 Watt LED street light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding of installation/LT Panel/LT ACB panel and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Analog Time switch , 240 Volt AC , 50 Hz , mounted on any type/description LT panel/feeder pillar/wall after taking down old existing un serviceable time switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement LED flood light fitting of following size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge :-

Supply and fixing in renewal of 3 pole power contactor MNX-110 mounted on any type/description LT panel/feeder pillar/wall after taking down old existing un serviceable contactor complete all as specified and directed.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge
