Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any discription and in any position . Including cutting of reinforcement from adjoining RCC component to faciliate demolition including removal of demolished concrete from site outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in type A-1, 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, post and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in type A-1, 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast Cement concrete Type A-1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for drains/manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 8mm dia TMT bars, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, chajjas to parapets etc hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 50mm thick (measured solid), set in CM 1:4, Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement line plaster on bricks on storne walls etc incl racking out joints, heacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 upto 3 story building , to be finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of masonry wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel/cast iron work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chome including preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel and iron work complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of drains/channels by completely removing silt, soil, mud, sludge, vegetation growth, stones, muck, debris etc. manually or mechanicaly of any width and removing the collected waste at the end of each working day outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

De-silting/cleaning of sewer line 150/200/300 mm dia with mechanical device like super sucker machine, high pressure jetting machine/gantry machine or any other mechanical device whenever required & cleaning site of all muck, debris etc. obtained from cleaning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- De-silting/cleaning of sewer by machine to bedone within 48 Hrsafter direction of Engr-in-Charge including Sunday/Holidy. A necessary panel recovery of Rs.1000 to be recovered for each day delay.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for manholes and sewage line and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 22 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m but n.exc. 3.00 m.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed stone ware or RCC pipe) set in cement mortar 150 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.24 here-in-before but bore of pipe 200mm.

All as per Item No.24 here-in-before but bore of pipe 300mm.

S&F in repairs SFRC manhole cover 70mm thick of any size & pattern with frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F precast factory made M-30 concrete Saucer drain of 600 mm long, 300 mm wide and 100 mm thick, set in CM 1:4 including necessary earthwork/demolition of existing PCC drain etc complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Srl item Nos. 45 & 46:- Make of SFRC Manhole Cover and Frame/Saucer drain:- (a) M/s PS Concrete. (b) M/s KK Manhole or equivalent as approved by GE.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
