Survey, Investigation, Design, drawing and Construction of Sewerage Pumping Station of 4.71 MLD (Mid Year-2039)/5.80 MLD (Ultimate Year-2054) capacity including construction of sump well/wet well, Screen channels, Valve chamber, MEP building HT / LT / metering room (SRC cement for water retaining structure), transformer yard with chain link fencing around it, Platform for Diesel Generator including stainless steel railing around, shed over the generator, approach road, administration building, internal road (minimum 4.5 m wide ), security cabin/ guard room, dewatering, earthfilling upto FGL level along with supply, installation testing and commissioning of suitable capacity non-clog submersible pumps (MOC- casing -2% NiCr, Impeller-ASTM CF8M, Shaft & Shaft sleeve- ASTM SS 410) capable of pumping 100mm particle with necessary accessaries such as motor, motor & starter and S.S Guide rail system and composite control panel, main piping and valve (Sluice valve, Reflex valve, NRV, S.S Nut bolt washer with rubber packing, Piping with common header as per required), mechanical/ manual coarse bar screen, screen gates, metering apparatus, gauges, Electro-magnetic flowmeter cum totalizer having characteristics/ MOC Liner : polyurethane or Hand Rubber / Electric MOC : SS316L/ Housing : Die Cast Aluminium or CS/ Power Supply : 90-230 V AC / Output: 4 - 20 mA with HART/ Sensor Cable : 10 mt / Flow Tube or Sensor housing protection IP68/ Process Flange : SS316/Display:31/2 LCD Display/ Cable Connection: 1/2" NPT /Accuracy: 0.5% , level sensor/ indicator and transmitter, automation of SPS by SCADA system online monitering and control by PLC system, lifting arrangement including E.O.T crane with travelling trolly & chain pully block, HT/LT cable with jointing material, G.I strips, plate earthing, electric resistance rubber sheets, Diesel Generating Sets with Auto Synchronizing Panel , chequered plate and gaurds, M.S trusses, grit cover, S.S railing, lighting wiring(internal and external) etc with necessary tools and spares, provision for testing of each pumps set, valve etc at manufacturer works and at site , painting of all pumps, piping and valves with two coat enamel paint etc.including Installation, commissioning and testing of all E&M equipments complete to be the satisfaction of engineer incharge with 1 month trial and run. Construction of one set Staff quarter type III at Madauka SPS (2 storey) with size and FSI as per the CPWD norms provided in “Revised Plinth Area Norms- for General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) to be constructed for Central Govt. Employees and its applicability to all Govt. Departments, MOUD including supply of all labor, material, T&P etc. complete.

Design, and construction of brick masonery type boundary wall (Framed structure), minimum 2.1 mtr height from FGL with RCC column/beam, plaster, painting, gate as per requirement, barbed wire over boundary wall including all material, labor, T&P etc.complete.

Supply, carting and filling of earth in campus upto FGL level including compaction as per specification, levelling, dressing etc complete.

Hiring of godown, site development including earth filling, land scaping, Plantation, signboard/display board, Firefighting/Firehydrant at SPS Campus including supply of all labor, material, T&P etc. complete.

Laying of Rising Main Pipe Line by open cut method

Survey, review of design and re-design if required, Supply and laying of following diameter DI K-9 Socket/spigot pipes, rubber rings jointing materials and specials froms store to the work lowering the same in to the trenches up to depth as specified below G.L true to alignment dismantling of road, mechanical/manual excavation, dewatering, shoring and timbering if required, with mild steel/ wooden planks, refilling of trenches with proper compaction including disposal of surplus earth with in 8 km radius, cost of all jointing material, testing & commissioning including utility diversion/shifting, construction of thrust block ,supply of all Specials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. including supply & fixing of same size/as per specification sluice valve, air valve & scour valve, surge protection as per direction of Engineer In-charge.

300 mm dia DI K-9 pipe from 4.71 MLD Madauka SPS to Existing Gravity line Manhole near Mahewagate.

Construction of depreciation chamber and interconnection with Existing Sewer line manhole including supply of all labor, material T&P etc complete. As per CPHEEO Manual.

Reinstatement of Following Types of Road including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc complete with proper baaricading and all safety measures and as per required specification laid by MoRTH/PWD/UPJN/Local Bodies.

Supply and filling of local sand in trench including excavation, disposal of earth, supply of all material, labor, T&P etc complete.

Bituminous Road upto DBM.

25 mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (SDBC) Work .

Interception & Diversion and construction for Nala tapping (Wier wall/Gate wall) arrangements for Madauka Drain.

Survey, Design and construction of Interception and diversion arrangements for Madauka Drain including Making of earthen bund across the existing drain for diversion during construction period, dewatering(if required), excavation including watering, ramming, dressing, back filling between wall and foundation and disposal of surplus earth with 50m, PCC (1:4:8), RCC work (M-25), interconnection with interceptor sewer line along with supply and fixing, installation of SS coarse screen, SS gate, sluice valve, connection to interceptor line including supply of all material labour, T&P etc. and other related work as per direction of engineer incharge.

Survey, review of design and re-design if required, supply & laying of following sizes of NP4 Class Socket / spigot pipes, rubber rings jointing materials and specials from store to the work lowering the same in to the trenches up to depth as specified below G.L. true to alignment and gradient, hydrolic testing & commissioning including barricading of site, traffic diversion arrangement, dismantling of roads, mechanical/ manual excavation, dewatering (as per requirement), shoring & timbering with mild steel/ wooden planks, construction of required class beddings as per CPHEEO manual in accordance with the provisions laid down in latest version of IS 4111 (Part 1), refilling of trenches with proper compaction including disposal of surplus earth with in 8 km radius, Permanent reinstatement of dismantled roads, shifting & reinstatement of existing utilities if any, bailing out of water, cost of all jointing material, testing & commissioning etc. complete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
