Installation, alignment and commissioning of pumps with diesel engine and electric motor, laying of MS pipeline with flange welding, dismantling of MS pipes and other miscellaneous work for the purpose of dewatering, firefighting as per requirement.

Installation, commissioning, transportation & alignment of different types of pump sets (electrical pump with starter and mechanical engine sets) including fitting of suction pipe, delivery pipe, valve & pump shed, jetting hose etc. as required at main sumps of Kaniha OCP (Welder along with necessary consumables like DA, Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc will be provided by the contractor as per requirement).

Dismantling & shifting of pumps with diesel engine/motor set including sluice valve, non-return valve and foot valve with suction pipe bend, pump shed, jetting hose etc. from one place to another place. (Welder along with necessary consumables like DA, Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc will be provided by the contractor as per requirement).

Recovery of pontoon, shifting and installation of pontoon from one sump to another sump, from pump section to sump, sump to pump section as and when required.

Extension/shortening of MS delivery pipe line by providing short/long pieces, bend, taper pieces etc with increasing/decreasing of water level for smooth movement of float pump along with dismantling, refitting and matching of one side of jetting hose from float pump to MS delivery pipe for operation of pump as direction of engineer in-charge. The work also includes readjustment of small 06 drum pontoon being used for transportation of men & material to float pump to provide a proper approach to pontoon.

Making of 6” dia Tee, Reducer, bend etc (excluding flange welding) including Gas cutting and welding at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA, Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Making of 8” dia Tee, Reducer, bend etc (excluding flange welding) including Gas cutting and welding at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA, Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Making of 10” dia Tee, Reducer, bend etc (excluding flange welding) including Gas cutting and welding at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA, Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Making of 6” short pipes excluding flange welding) including Gas cutting and welding at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA, Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Making of 8” short pipes excluding flange welding) including Gas cutting and welding at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA, Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Laying and adding of 6” dia Pipeline including earth cutting, surface leveling, heap cutting & Alignment as and when required

Laying and adding of 8” dia Pipeline including earth cutting, surface leveling, heap cutting & Alignment as and when required

Laying and adding of 10” dia Pipeline including earth cutting, surface leveling, heap cutting & Alignment as and when required

Transportation/carriage of 6" dia 6 mtr length M.S. pipes from pump workshop to mines working place or vice-versa by stacking/loading in to truck & unloading at proposed site of work or storage of work shop for all leads.

Transportation/carriage of 8" dia 6 mtr length M.S. pipes from pump workshop to mines working place or vice-versa by stacking/loading in to truck & unloading at proposed site of work or storage of work shop for all leads.

Transportation/carriage of 10" dia 6 mtr length M.S. pipes from pump workshop to mines working place or vice-versa by stacking/loading in to truck & unloading at proposed site of work or storage of work shop for all leads.

Shifting of 6 inch MS pipe manually within a lead of 100 meters where the site is not motor able/slope terrain/different benches in mines wherever required

Shifting of 8 inch MS pipe manually within a lead of 100 meters where the side is not motorable/slope terrain/different benches in mines wherever required

Shifting of 10 inch MS pipe manually within a lead of 100 meters where the side is not motorable /slope terrain/different benches in mines wherever required

Dismantling of 6” DIA MS pipeline and stacking aside with in a lead of 50 meter as and when required.

Dismantling of 8” DIA MS pipeline and stacking aside with in a lead of 50 meter as and when required.

Dismantling of 10” DIA MS pipeline and stacking aside with in a lead of 50 meter as and when required.

Making of Joint packing of 6" dia from old conveyor belt by cutting (Old conveyor belt will be provided by the department)

Installation, transportation of 6” dia Non return valve/ Sluice valve from pump section to site with its bypass valve along with short pieces, bend, taper etc including aligning, surface leveling and supporting to the existing line wherever required

Dismantling & transportation of 6” dia Non-return valve/ Sluice valve from work site to pump section & vice versa with its bypass valve along with short pieces, bend, taper etc. The work included submitting dismantled sluice valve/NRV and other materials to the pump workshop

Installation, transportation of 8” dia NRV/ Sluice valve from pump section to work site with its bypass valve along with short pieces, bend, taper etc including aligning, surface leveling and supporting to the existing line wherever required

Dismantling & transportation of 8” dia Non-return valve/ Sluice valve from work site to pump section & vice versa with its bypass valve along with short pieces, bend, taper etc. The work included submitting dismantled Non-return valve/ sluice valve and other materials to the pump workshop

Dismantling and refitting of 8"/10" dia suction for extension/repairing and/or replacement of any one/all of suction part i.e. foot valve/bend/suction pipe including giving support below suction pipe, priming testing etc. Materials needed for the job to be loaded to truck, unloaded at site and defective materials to be collected and deposited at workshop.

Welding of flange with MS Pipe of 6" dia on both sides including Gas cutting and welding at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA, Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Welding of flange with MS Pipe of 8" dia on both sides including Gas cutting and welding at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA, Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Handling/ collection and stacking of pipe after flange welding pipe at site store and to site

Realignment of the motor/engine with pump as per requirement

Supply and fixing of 2" dia ball valve along with the 2 " dia socket & GI pipe and making of bend of different angles as per requirement for the firefighting purpose of coal seams.

Collection of Pumps, Jetting hose, Valves, Conveyor belt etc and any other monsoon related pump material from Regional Store, lingraj store, Jagannath store or any other location including loading and unloading and stocking at Kaniha OCP transportation by dept truck as and when required.

Dismantling of upper casing and lower casing for the repairing of the pump

Loading, transportation and erection of the shed on the pontoon for protection of the engine and pump set - 6 nos. of shed.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upt0 1.5 m , in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as required., with in lead of 50 mtr, Pipe exceeding 80mm, not exceeding 300mm dia

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
