REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL POINT WIRING AND INTERNAL FITTING AT OLD CANTT AND JNM AXIS UNDER GE GANGTOK

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete with fittings such as switches, fan regulators, light fittings, tube light fittings, bracket light fittings and ceilling rose, holders and including making good the disturbed surface on walls, complete all as directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volt, FRLSH grade of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn through and including surface PVC casing & caping (ISI Marked) with accessories including PVC sunken box and hylem sheet/PVC Box including 1.5 sqmm FRLSH copper conductor cable for earth continuty green in colour for one light point/fan point/Bell point controlled by one 5/6 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-(i) All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sch 'A' item No 2 here in above but One 3 pin 5 amps switch socket outlet point on independent board.

All as per Sch 'A' item No 2 here in above but one socket outlet, three pin, 5/6 Amp on the same board with other switch.

All as per Sch 'A' item No 2 here inabove but for one light point controlled by two 5/6 Amps two way switch

All as per Sch 'A' item No 2 here in above but for one 15/16Amp switch socket out let, independent board with 2.5 sqmm copper cable FRLSH grade of PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded and 2.5 sqmm copper cable FRLSH grade for earth continuity conductor.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts, FRLSH grade of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn through existing concealed conduit with existing sunken box and hylem sheet/modular box including 1.5 sqmm FRLSH copper conductor cable for earth continuty green in colour for one light point/fan point/Bell point controlled by one 5/6 Amps one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-(i) All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Sch 'A' item No 7 here in above but for One 3 pin 5 amps switch socket outlet point on independent board.

All as per Sch 'A' item No 7 here in above but for one 15/16Amp switch socket out let, independent board with 2.5 sqmm copper cable FRLSH grade of PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded and 2.5 sqmm copper cable FRLSH grade for earth continuity conductor.

S&F switch paino, flush type, single pole, one way, 5/6 Amp complete all as specified and directed.
