Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth for taking out/laying of cable etc including getting out in any type of soil and taking out bricks and cable complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Returning filling–in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing of surplus excavated soil n exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the staring point all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable 8 cm thick layers below the cable and 15 cm thick above the cable in trenches using fine screened river sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Material and labour for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X075 mm abutting each other for cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural sections including nuts, bolts, and washer bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts of any size and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old ACSR conductor from steel poles and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specifide.

M&L Galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth wire on HT/LT poles stretched without kinks, bends and bending with wire and fabrication of cradles hexagonal/rectangular guards etc. complete as specified incl taking down old wire of any type, shape and size.

Stringing only existing loose conductors of LT line / GI wire of any size complete all as and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Distance between two poles shall be measured as a single span.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down old insulators any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut for 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, 1100 volts grade complete all as spd.

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole ,9 Mtr. Long LT 410-SP-31 vertical complete with one coat of aluminium paint before preparation of surface of poles, cross arms with painting, yellow & black strips all as directed by Engr -in-Charge on poles upto 1.5 mtr height above copping level & numbering with writing letters of figures (block), height n'exc 10 cm and letter of figures n'exc 10 Nos complete all as directed including preparation of surfaces of pole/ cross arms complete all as directed.

Taking out old/bent and tilted LT any size poles after breaking the PCC complete all as directed.(The rate quoted shall include the cost of excavation,dismantling of conductor, cross-arms and insulators)

Steel tubular swagged poles complete with GI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws specified type 410 SP-31(9 mtrs long) duly painted with aluminium paint two coat over a coat of red oxide, including necessary earth work , 1:3:6 PCC for foundation and coping as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 15 here-in-before but except pole retrived from item No. 14

Trimming of Tree branches from the tree near LT overhead line to provide horizontal/vertical clearance 1 meter all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:-T & P for cutting branches and removal of branches from site deemed to be inlcuded in the qouted rate.

Supplying and laying or fixing or passing through pipe,(including taking out of unservicable cable) 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed of follwing size:- size 95 Sqmm, 3.5 Core

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 16 sqmm 2 core all as directed and specified by Engr-in- charge.

Stay assembly using stay rod of 16mm dia complete with accessories shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR 2009 Part -I including galvanised steel standard wire of size 7/4mm,loop type insulator size 55x90mm cmplete all as specified. Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separetely.

M&L for PCC M-10 nominal mix 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of stays as a mass concrete.

M&L for 80 mm GI tubing light grade galvanized with all fittings for protection to U/G cable along poles, walls, flows, road crossing including necessary cutting of road and making good in original surface where required all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:-cutting of road, making good in original surface with PCC 1:3:6 deemed to be included in quoted rate

M&L for cutting/ grooving on plinth/wall/verandah in any condition for laying of cable through pipe and making good the disturbed surface by using cement concrete 1:2:4 type C-2 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
