Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work or precast concrete article complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks strait or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm rendering in CM 1:6 on on brickwork or concrete surafaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match over 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick screed bedin CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) for roofing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone boulder of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.
