REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE CIRCUIT BREAKER

Dismantling of 220 KV pneumatic operated SF-6 gas pressure circuit breaker (ABB Make) installed at 220 KV Moth bay by opening nut & bolts, jumpers and control cable of circuit breaker, taken out SF6 gas, cutting of earthing dismantling and shifting safely from site to store.

Erection of 220 KV circuit breaker SIEMENS make at above dismantled place as per technical specification, measuring of circuit breaker timing test alongwith filling of SF6 gas including shifting of equipment's / material from store to site and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Cable laying 19 core 02 Nos, 4 core 01 no. and cable tracing from old circuit breaker, making cable termination inter pole wiring and circuit breaker mechanism wiring including cost of cable tie, ferrules and cable gland etc.

Jumpering by ACSR Zebra Conductor.

Earthing of circuit breaker by M.S. Flat 75x10 mm from MS round bar the work includes digging of soil, connect MS Flat from MS round bar, black paint on the welding joint and back filling and also cutting, welding and shifting etc. to complete the job satisfactorily.

Shifting of dismantled 220 KV circuit breaker from work site to store of 220 KV S/S Orai (distance approx. 150 Mtr.) and proper stacking (Packing for breaker pole provided by the contractor). (All the T&P, Hydra, Man Power, CB timing kit & gas filling kit etc. shall be arrange by agency at his own cost.)
