The bidder is required to quote itemwise price of the work listed in the BOQ document individually and the total cost of all items would be taken for deriving the L1 bidder

Material & Labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping using metallic wire brush, free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings).

Material & Labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. The surface shall be swept clean with a mechanical broom and high-pressure air jet complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-30 grade @ 10.00 Kg per 10 Sqm with the help of pressure sprayer over existing uneven surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for premix bituminous macadam average 50mm thick with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG 30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-30 at 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm with the help of pressure sprayer over existing black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller/tandem Vibratory Roller etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. Approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the Commanding Officer before providing SDAC.

Material & Labour for providing and applying night glow paint based on Polyurethane Resin complete over a coat of primer base complete all as per manufacturers instructions and all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.
