Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.-Bitumen 60/70

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35 . The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm (3.6 mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 24.48kg, with board support angle 2.10 mtrs - 3kg/mtr = 6.3 kg and anchor flat 0.50kg) firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. - 60 cm X 45cm rectangular. Providing and erecting overhead signs with a corrosion resistant 2mm thick aluminium alloy sheet with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lens type with vertical and lateral clearance given in Clauses 802.2 and 802.3 and installed as per Clause 802.7 over a designed support system of aluminium alloy or galvanised steel trestles and trusses of sections and type as per structural design requirements and approved plans-Aluminium alloy plate for over head sign.

Providing and fixing 3M make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conformaing to ASTM D 4280. The reflective raised pavement makers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3M equivalent). The marker shall support a load of 13635kg tested in accordence with ASTM D 4280. Lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methylmethacrylate confirming ASTMD788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0sq.cm. The slope or retro- reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of said MORTH & H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortor all as per the MORTH circular No.RW/NH33023/ 10/ 97/ DOIII/dt.11.06.97
