Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F uPVC white colour fixed glazed window / ventilator made of (small serirs) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9+/-0.2 mm and single glazing comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profile duly reinfoced with 1.6+/-0.2mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality including 4.8mm thick sheet glass and Wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for inseritng roof sheet in wall, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick wall. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work shall be carried out to bldgs with height upto 4 storey.

S&F in repairs decorative type curtain rod including decortaive double hung bracket and end cap of any material as per sample & as approved including taking down old curtain rod, any type and connected fittings complete all as specified and as directed.
