Providing and Laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering, shuttering, all work up to plinth level in 1:5:10(1cement : 5coarse sand: 10 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) (Crushed).incl. all carriages lifts complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade on new steel works.

1.2m high fencing with 1.8m R.C.C.posts of standard design placed every 3m apart, embedded in cement concrete blocks, provided with 5 horizontal lines with two digonals of barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 metres (min) between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.l. staples on wooden plugs or G.l. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts,struts,earth work and concrete to be paid for separately): With G.l. barbed wire.
